We rented with this company for the last 2 years and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Then, we wanted to buy - in Mississippi. This company came through again! This time we were referred to Mrs. Emily Rhinelander! Mrs. Emily made us feel as though we were her only client and made sure we were taken care of from the first phone call. If you are even considering buying a home and want excellent service - AND WHO DOESN'T?! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MRS. EMILY RHINELANDER or any of her extremely qualified associates at Latter and Bloom!

Terrible experience RENTING with this company ... Sabrina was extremely rude .. When she/company took over management for the apartment ALL current residents in the building were extremely unsatisfied. They didn’t work with anyone in a lease and basically strong armed everyone into moving claiming the previous company didn’t give ANY documents for many issues yet all units said the same story of terrible previous management.. so in response was rude .. long story short - terrible company to RENT from if Sabrina has anything to do with it ..

this is by far the worst realtor I've ever rented from. we moved in the very first month fridge did not work they brought us a used fridge infested with German cockroaches the fridge went out in one month took us a week to get ahold of them they came out repaired it now the fridge doesn't work again all my food has spoiled and I have yet to hear back from anyone to include head of Gardner realtor

Sabrina is absolutely horrible to work with. She is very rude and does not bnb have any concern for any failed appliances within the come. I'm sure the buying experience is different but I have had to go to her supervisor as far as renting. Do not RENT from this company if SABRINA is the landlord.
