Ms. Jackie was very sweet to me, as I was out of my mind STRESSED out! She explained everything in perfect detail about my title loan. No grey areas at all. She asked me if I was ready to move to the next step before she did anything else. The other young lady working there, unfortunately I didn't catch her name, was very helpful as well. I have used two different title loan places, Loan Max and another one. I had better service with them and the employees are very understanding if an emergency comes up and will work with you as long as you keep in touch with them. I will keep on recommending them to everyone I know. Great service. They try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I have used them twice now and I won't go anywhere else for my title loans.

Over the last 2 years of working with Jackie and Colby I have had nothing less than the best experience. At first I was skeptical but after them talking and working with me I felt a little more at ease.😌 They are easy to talk to and ALWAYS make you feel welcome. Cobie was outstanding!!! She GRACIOUSLY waited an hour past closing so that she could ensure a great experience for me and get me my check ASAP.... After being turned down by a former title loan company that I had done over 4k in loans and paid back both in the first 30 days of the terms- it was refreshing to get a company that actually VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NEW BUSINESS!!! I have had a very good experience with Loan Max. Cobie has helped me each time and she is very nice. She has awesome customer service skills and made us feel welcomed. The process was alot quicker than I thought and I was able to get what I needed. Iwould definitely recommend them!! :)
