Very rude. My boyfriend & I came in and they treated us like we didn't matter and as if we weren't smart to understand for being younger. The guy in charge of loans talked down to my bf for having a "very bad" last stub. The lady that greeted us refused to speak English and so did the guy. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Usually the Latino community is very helpful with anyone but not here. Not friendly at all

Great customer service. Easy branch to work with.

I like the bank and the benefits it gives to the Latino community, but the truth is that the service is always very slow. I work in a bank and we never have a customer waiting an hour to withdraw money from their own account. They should put two cashiers for people who decide to enter the lobby and two for the window because it's ridiculous I wait so long when it shouldn't take so long

They have always given excellent attention, but for a few months they have had bad service. I just called to request that they cancel a transaction because I mistakenly paid for an internet service online twice and the lady who attended me did not ask me for information about my account or about me, but once told me we can not do nothing and you have to call the company where you paid for the service. Then I called another cooperative located in Moroe and the young lady if she asked me for the information to enter the account and she did solve my problem.

Natalie is so nice and sweet. She treats everyone with respects and you can depend on her. I can count on her whenever I want to take out a loan!

People think twice before opening an account in this cooperative, window employees with a Colombian accent, they serve you defensively and with a condescending tone it is better to go to the ATM.

I was a member for many years and now that I wanted to reopen my account they tell me that I did not pay them a debt of 65 dollars and even so they denied me the opening once again I say that Hispanics are bad with Hispanics themselves, I definitely do not want any member of my family in this cooperative, I better go where the gringos treat them more flexibly

Too slow the process of withdrawing money and deposit, and the customer service is PESIMO they only dedicate themselves to gossip and leave the customer waiting for hours. More seriousness on the part of all who make up this institution. The interests are too high take advantage of the race. I do not recommend this Cooperative to anyone, the only thing they do is take advantage of the town.
