Employees are extremely disrespectful. The owner strong arms people. I don't really recommend using this place. They give extremely low value for items.

Best shop in the desert. All these bad reviews are all because these people think they should get what they paid for items they bought years ago. If this pawn shop was so bad how could it be the only shop on 7th st open on sundays and open till 10pm everynite.They must be doing something right to open everday and practically all nite.

Love coming to this place but I forgot about my loan last day Friday 5/7. Hope the owner sees this. I hope you still have the ring. It was my wife’s 15. I can pay the entire loan off if needed. Please.

Brent is such an amazing employee, asking what he could do for me right when I walked in! The guest service is very speedy and realible, I come in quite a bit when I need extra cash & never sway to another. Keep up the great service guys & never close! Lol

Excellent customer service. Really fast and easy. I was in and out. Everyone was well mannered and made me feel comfortable. I definitely will be coming back again!!

This place is pretty clean and most of the time has very interesting items for sale great selection of guitars and amps and service is pretty good I always make a pit-stop when I'm definitely up here in Victorville.

I’ve really like this place. I think I had 2 loans so far from here and every time it was like borrowing from a friend. They don’t make you feel bad. And so far everything has been fair. The staff and manager are GREAT!!

I went there yesterday to sell some jewelry & got offered $390 which i found a little funny because i went to 7th street Pawn not too long ago with the same jewelry & was offered $1200, i would highly recommend seeing other options before selling your gold here they don’t know what they’re doing.

STOP AND READ! DO NOT TAKE BUSINESS TO THIS SHOP! The staff really lives up to its ratings but I feel as if 2 stars is complimenting this horrible business. First off, who ever is behind the counter was rude. My guess is that the gun he had on his side gave him his confidence. The same guy is also the biggest cheap skate yet wants to overprice everything he sells. From guitars to dj equipment to game consoles, everything is beat up, scratched, dusty, and is overpriced. I was glad to take my business to the pawn shop next door. This shop is my worth anybodies time. I've read the past reviews and I completely agree with most of them! DO NOT GO HERE! It's a waste of time

Very clean and genuinely place. They always help me give me the most that they can. Customer service is 100%. All the guys are very nice never had a problem with them i can recommend them to all my friend and family
