    I’ve banked with Alaska USA for about 5 years now, and they’re been amazing through and through. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m impressed with their service. Their “small town” feel and the one-on-one service I get. There’s nothing else like it. They also offer co-op banking so you can make deposits and withdrawals from other credit unions who are members of the co-op and deposits are available immediately. It’s amazing!

    My husband and I went in here to access our other credit union. The teller and I we’re having problems locating my account number so she called her manager over to help us. Megan was so nice and asked if she could look at my online banking app. She found it within a few minutes and showed me where for next time. I’ve never seen managers so available to help! Not to mention everyone here was so nice and all had smiles on their faces. Definitely going to open up an account here. P.S. don’t let the long line scare you off, it moved quick!

    We have used a lot of services through Alaska USA, Checking, Savings, Car Loan, Traditional IRA. they are very helpful and understanding. Some times, not always this bank location gets a little busy, so sometimes I'll go to one of the other near by bank locations if I'm in a hurry.

    Very slow not enough service members and this is a slow day not very many people in line thinking of trying a new bank 🏦 🤔

    Really happy with the service. Jose helped me refinance my car and consolidate my debt all within a few hours. He is amazing and wonderful! I always receive great service and the help I need. Best bank ever!

    Horrible customer service I waited for someone to greet me in the lobby and she came out of her office and did not greet me at all I then waited for 30 mins!! No wonder I closed my bank account you guys need more professional and better customer service I was not greeted once or helped at all! I work at a bank and this is horrible.

    My husband and I got a car loan from Alaska USA FCU. Both of our names are on the loan. Both of us were required to submit our SSN to run credit reports. They ran credit checks on both of us. Arbitrarily, the car dealer put my husband's name first, which is what happens 99% of the time. When I got home I tried to create an account online to manage my account I was told that I had to go into the bank or send a snail mail letter to get access. I drove roughly 40 miles to the nearest branch, paperwork in hand along with required ID. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I reached a teller who took my ID and paperwork and told me that she could not grant me access online access without my husband's permission. I would have to come back with him. I was gobsmacked. I told her that I live far away and she said they have a new branch that is 28 miles from our house. So, I had unwittingly engaged with a vendor stuck in the 1950s. I then asked if I could pay the bill and handed over my debit card. The teller then informed me that they charged fees for that service. You have GOT to be kidding me. I promptly left the branch. I was really upset and tweeted about it, tagging Alaska USA FCU. They told me that it was to "protect the lead borrower so he could be in control over who has access". Were I just an authorized user I could understand, but I am not. MY CREDIT REPORT IS ATTACHED TO THAT LOAN TOO!!!! We are equally responsible for paying on time and in full. This credit union is horrible. I will be refinancing as soon as possible.

    I called to get information on my account got left on hold for 15 min to then be transferred to someone else who then again put me on hold for 5 min to tell me nothing. Really I'm closing my account and going to DCB
