The level of attention to detail, professionalism, on top of the knowledge and experience they have supersedes the other title companies in SW Florida! They cater to their customers needs and when you bring your customers in for a closing they make them feel welcomed and extra special with the home they are closing for them is on a big screen with all the pictures and details and they always have cookies, popcorn, hot and cold drinks never making you wait for anything!! They do not charge frivolous fees like the majority, they are a solid trust worthy business that I am extremely grateful to be associated with!! I will NOT use anybody but Landsel for my title needs!
