Beverly was good to us the day of signing to buy our home. HOWEVER, when we were informed to write the check out to "them"for paying off the assessments we were lied to and stolen from! We were told an estimated amount and that fidelity would pay the city for us, if we paid more they would cut us a check for the difference, that was Sept of 2021! It's now 5 months later with confirmation from the city we should have been paid that we are yet to get our money back!!!!! Beverly who should be taking care of us will not return our calls for 3 months now calling daily. DO NOT USE THEM! they hold your money to gain interest off your money!

My buyer had a difficult closing due to their lender. Our 12 noon closing was postponed until 3:30 and at 4:45 Fidelity Title still didn't have the docs.! However when they finally did Lauren stayed late to get the signing done so we could close that day. Accommodating me and my buyer makes Lauren a rock star!

Never will use this title agency. Rude, not dependable and not informative. In addition, they held my escrow deposit for 22 days before returning the money as deal was canceled. They told me check was in the mail. Had to call again to confirm it never was mailed.

Fidelity National Title of Florida, Inc. is a great partner to have in the Real Estate industry. They are very responsive and professional. They have systems in place that help you in assisting your clients. They are absolutely my preferred title company.

The absolute worst title company in SW Florida. Very confrontational telling us things that are not true. We don’t think they know we are real estate brokers who do a lot of business. This was a personal deal and we will never use them. First they held our escrow check for 10 business days after cancelling saying that it is “law” when in fact it is company policy. Also where did we agree to you holding OUR money. Still would love to see that document that we signed. Provided them proof that they were holding our money and it still took them 3 business days to return our money, oh but wait, it was done 3 business days ago, but NO ONE called or emailed us to tell us that our money was ready! Are you serious?!?!? Very confrontational and terrible service. Will never recommend any of our customers to use them.

More than 3 weeks and now it’s the day before closing and still haven’t gotten a total on the cost, Beverly onson has been so unhelpful when I asked for information, it was like pulling teeth. Would not recommend doing business with this company.

Best title company around! If I had my way, I would not ever use any other title company!!!!
