I worked with Curtis to refinance my home loan, after being quoted thousands of dollars more from another mortgage lender. Curtis from Landmark loans gave me the no non sense run down of my refinance with extremely detailed numbers and just the facts. There was no pressure to sign with Landmark. The “other mortgage company” just wanted to “move on so we could get the process through”. Curtis was available at all times whenever I had questions and was very efficient. He also gave me breakdowns and options for paying off my loan early and saving a ton of money. The world of loans and mortgages is alien to me. Buying our first home was stressful enough, but our first lender made the experience even worse. How I wish I'd known Clint! Our refinance with him was exactly the opposite experience. Clint was transparent, exceedingly knowledgable, and worked with a easy but professional honesty that made the process as stress-free as it can be. I can't commend Clint highly enough. My only regret is that we didn't work with him the first time!
