Horrible service. Got talked in to running my credit for a certain vehicle knowing my situation and budget. Was told it should be no issue. After applying for credit I got approved then told that I have to find something else. They kept trying to push me to buying a new vehicle which I told them I don’t want. Was told I would get a certain amount in trade in for my vehicle, soon as I was going through the process they lowered the amount they would give me by half! This place is a joke and they lie to get you to run your credit then proceed to push new vehicles that you don’t want. Would absolutely not recommend them and would give them less than 1 star if I could.

I had my truck towed from Longview to Fast Specialties there for a dyno tune. Filled out form and confirmed with specialists. Once truck was down there they said that they couldn’t tune it due to there software not connecting to my truck as I have had aftermarket electronics on there. I told them ok, that I would pay extra to have them disconnect wiring that was inhibiting the software and the rep agreed. Next day they called me and told me their foreman didn’t want to undertake the job and that I needed to have it towed off. I understand that, but this is something that should of been included in the form. Instead I’m out 450.00 in tow bills to and from.

I have to edit my review: I was told to go to the DEQ & bring the form back for my plates to get started. The next day I did that & took it to them & was told they would get started on the process. I text them today to ask what to do if I don't get my plates before the 20th (since they only gave me a trip permit for 3 weeks) & they tell me I need to get a VIN inspection now & go to the DMV & get a new trip permit. I appreciate the help getting a vehicle but they aren't being helpful now & should of called to say I wasn't done after he told me I was... Cory is amazing & so is Doug! My situation is a little rocky & my first meeting didn't go that great (the sales man helping me didn't seem interested in helping me, & I think it was because of my situation he didn't think I'd be approved?). I was shown a car that I didn't really like but was told it was the only one in my budget (wasn't even in my budget it turns out) and left feeling defeated. I needed an SUV & didn't have any money to put down. Cory followed up & he and Doug worked on finding what I needed & I went in and signed papers a few days later for an SUV that I truly love! Thanks guys! I'll be back when we need another vehicle! My babies have a safe, reliable and spacious vehicle that is perfect for us thanks to them.

I didn't know what to expect going in as my situation is very difficult. Rob and the team made sure I drove away in a vehicle that met my needs. I have never been treated so kind during a car buying experience, other than when I originally bought a car from them in 2018. This experience was by far the best. I will always go to them when I am in need of a vehicle and I will tell everyone I know how well they treated me, a struggling, single mom.

engine check light came on 4hrs after buying vech. has been in shop 28 days of the 35 days i have had it. they wont take it back or switch out for different vech. they offer to buy was 6000 less then selling price. i will say they havent charged me for repairs yet but was told today that is coming to a end. beware of this place. people who work there are nice enough but the policy regarding warranties and refunds might be legal. That doesnt make what they do right or fair. UPDATE I will never buy a car from anywhere else ever again. It didnt happen over night but these folks made sure I was satisfied. They eventually figured out it would be months before they could get right part so they swapped out my car for one that was 3 years newer 50000 less miles and blue book value was2000 more than one I had. for same price. Ruben larewnce and nic were the sales team and eric and ki were the service team I said we shall see and they showed me that their reputation is what matters most not a few bucks. They have a customer for life now

Maya sold me my 2011 Subaru Forester. She was very friendly and professional. Not your typical pushy salesperson at all. She answered all of my questions and concerns and I would recommend paying her a visit if youre in the market for a used vehicle. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I am extremely happy with the car!

Cory was absolutely amazing and professional! I seriously appreciate everything he did for me to help me out and get me in an amazing reliable car for my daughter and I. He didn't bring out a junker car like normal dealerships to screw you over he actually cared enough to show me an amazing nice brand new car for an amazing price. I've worked with Nick in the past and he's been awesome. He was on vacation this time so Ryan helped me. I didn't plan on trading out my car initially but, I ended up buying changing to a different car. No pressure to do so but with Ryan's help. Directed me to something that fits what I need. Rock was great at getting the lender side of things handled and got me a better rate and payment. Would recommend all three of these guys to help.

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Their salesmen are friendly and knowledgeable. They work with your wants and needs, they try to match you to your perfect car. They try to help you finance within your budget to the best of their ability. I was able to get a vehicle with very little down, recent bankruptcy, and previos repo. I have higher payments and interest because of those factors, but I knew that going in. I would reccomend them to anybody.

My fiance and i dropped in looking for a new car. We have fair credit but not the best. We wanted a newer, more reliable car but some dealerships in the past weren't very willing to work with us. We came in with a 2003 Acura MDX and 4 hours later left with a 2017 jeep renegade with very low miles. The salesman was Hayden and he was very patient and showed us the cars we were most interested in, we finally decided on the jeep. At first we were disappointed thinking we weren't going to have enough money to buy it, but Hayden and his supervisor listened to our concerns and made it work for us! I've never owned a car newer than a 2003 or anything with less than 200,000 miles, so we are very happy and excited to now have a 2017 jeep that we can afford every month!

Nic was absolutely great I didn't have a good experience talking to one of the workers over the phone and was considering not even moving forward with purchasing from you guys but I figured I'd show up for my appointment and see what we had to do to get into a car but nic was amazing and got us into a car that day!

If I could give zero stars i would. I drove almost 4 hours to look at cars. For starters I should have ran the second i had a bad feeling. The salesman only let me look at one car. Told me there was nothing besides this one car that would work. Which is pretty wild considering it ended up being a 16,000 dollar loan. If i turned around to try and sell it I wouldn't get close to that. I made sure that the number one thing they knew was i needed a reliable car and that i travel a lot for work. I went to check the tires out and the salesmen got frustrated and told me that it had been completely checked out and everything replaced. During the buying process i was informed that in the car report it had damage reported on it but nothing major and everything had been checked over. I was also sold on the 3 month warranty they offer buying a car from them. You also have 5 days to trade your car for a different one. But only at 100 miles. So just driving home I lost out on that. Long story short. My tires were completely bald with the wire showing, the alignment was off and the tire tread was so worn on one side vs the other that it was ridiculous. I ended up with a tire blowing up, no spare tire, which was conveniently never mentioned and i was stranded all night and had to get my car towed but due to covid they won't let you ride with them. So someone had to drive 3 hours to pick me up. I have spoke to the manager and service department, sent emails with pictures of the tires, showing how bald they were, and the alignment was off and the blown tire. I was told by the manager that the tires should have lasted 40,000 miles no problem when i told him the original tires that came with the car were on there. Literally argued with me about it. On top of that i have tried to get maintenance records and never got those, since they swear it was checked out but if that was the case how could you miss the alignment being that off and the tires that bald. Not to mention sending someone to drive almost 4 hours home on the freeway with a car like that is just sick. I bought a car just to dump money into on repairs and buying all new tires and of course they have ignored me and never got back to me after having me send in all the proof they asked for. So if you want an overpriced car that they won't back a damn thing on their supposed warranty and end up stranded with no spare and isn't safe to drive more then 5 miles, then this is the place to go. Of all the cars i have gotten this is the only place that doesn't fill your tank, sends you off with bald tires and no spare tire, hell not even car mats, no maintenance records, and ignored and treated rudely when an issue does come up.

I love the people there and especially Maya are the ones whom help me get into both my vehicles. She is super friendly, loyal, fun, and just honest person. I can not say anything bad about her!! Thank You!!

I’m a very picky person and I was a little doubtful that I could find a car I liked with the budget I had to work with. Jim & Hayden where both super helpful, Jim was also super understanding with our situation. I just moved from another state, I started a new job with not so good credit. Jim was very patient with me and we found a car I wouldn’t have originally thought that I could look at. The car we found is awesome it checked off all the boxes of everything I was looking for and at a payment that was affordable for me. I’m happy that I’m not stuck with a car I wasn’t too thrilled about. Now I got a car I really like, and know I’m gonna love and keep for a long time. I highly recommend them, I was a little skeptical but they proved me wrong. Also the final process was actually quicker and easier then any other dealership I have ever dealt with. We will be back to trade in our other car in the future.

Excellent Service! Excellent People! Would gladly recommend to anyone! My salesman Rob was phenomenal! He was super awesome and knowledgeable when helping me get a payment I could afford. Update: There was a problem with my back tires, Rob said he would have the Parts manager give me a call. Eric called and I took the car in to be inspected, with no questions Ben from the service department checked them out and said they would call me with a plan. Wednesday morning I had a voice mail from Eric stating that my tires were in and to come in an have them installed. Super easy transaction and really proud that they stand behind their word.

Because I have anxiety I did not want to spend three to five hours in a dealership. Have not had good experiences doing that before and as a result I've never bought a new car because I would simply leave. Rock and Rob, two of the most phenomenal salesman I've ever dealt with, Rob was the main guy who got us into a better suby and we couldn't be happier with going. We started our application online they called back and set us up with an appointment, we got the credit stuff out of the way first then picked a car. It was above and beyond and the best dealership we've been too, Rob is a professional and definitely knows what he is doing, and no he isn't your usual pushy car sales guy, he's straight forward and to the point! Offering refreshments and a n informed process, she walked me through the whole process and made sure me and my friends who brought me were comfortable. It was refreshing to be treated so kindly and with such great customer service. Once I explained to her my needs she made the best recommendations for my family. This is the second car I have purchased from Dick hannah and Jodi gave me the "nice" experience the company is known for. On 3/23/2013 I visited and purchased a used vehicle at Dick Says Yes. I had a terrific experience in both the financing and picking out a vehicle. The entire process was quick, easy and painless. My sales person, Lawrence Ram, did a fantastic job in helping me find a perfect vehicle that meets my needs and finances. The entire process only took about 2 hours. During this time, I was able to fill out a loan application, test drive the vehicle, chat about sports, enjoy a few cups of coffee and sign the paperwork. Ryan Martinez was the best car salesman I've ever worked with! Very understanding of the customer wants and needs, and very patient. Went in there on a Saturday night about 30 min before they closed and Rob was patient with us as my wife is very particular when it comes to the car she drives. Rob and Doug recommended we come back the next day to check what the other lots have to offer. The next day we had the pleasure of dealing with Tom. Tom was great didn't pressure us at all. He was professional and informative but did not give us the high pressure routine or turn us to someone else when we needed time to think and consider our options. He patiently worked with us for over a month before we finally decided on a car. The car we purchased was on another Dick Hannah lot and I think he went over to get it three different times before we finally made up our minds. He was great! We would recommend him to anyone!

When I went into the dealership I had no idea what to expect and on top of that didn’t want it to take all day because I had to work a night shift but Jim was more Then I could ever ask for in a salesmen! Nice staff. Very helpful. Great selection. We bought a 16' Jeep Patriot. While we were there a phone was taken from the car we drove in with. The very helpful salesman (Jim) raised hell about it. Whoever took it pulled the charger & jack across the drivers side. 2 days later (Mon) they found it & called us. Apparently it just showed up. The problem we have is that they looked all over for it (over an hour and a half) and then it just shows up. Very suspicious. Lock you doors there even with a trade in.

Our car just broke down, and we needed a new one before Monday so we can go to work and take kids to school. We came in with 3 kids, our intent was to give our pay stubs to see if we qualify for a loan and than come back later in the day to look at cars. Tom Mills and Lawrence Ram were the people that I worked with. Tom was extremely friendly and worked very diligently to give me what I wanted. Lawrence has been in contact with me via phone to check in with my experience with the dealership and how I was liking my car. The Finance and Insurance Manager Rock, and the GM Assistant Rachel, are also remarkable people. They have been very patient with us with getting all of the paperwork in line since we live out of state. Everyone was so polite and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The car I bought is more than I could have hoped for. As a first time buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect and I didn't want to get ripped off, but I feel the car was priced just right for how competitive the market is. The interior was very clean, the exterior has a few dings and nicks, but it's to be expected. I am very happy with my experience, and will most likely be a repeat customer at Dick Says Yes.

My car broke down and I was desperate for a new car quickly. I am a single mom and new to the area so I had no backup plan. my credit is very poor from some bad life decisions when I was married, and the salesman was SO professional and worked some MAGIC to get me approved. i have tried for years to get a car loan just to try and repair some of my credit to no avail. Hayden managed to get me approved and got me a 2018 Kia Rio the same day! He made the numbers work to fit my budget while still sending me home in the car I loved. I applied for financing for a specific car only to find out the car didn't exist and then they tried to sell me a more expensive car. Said the bank wouldnt approve a less expensive car. Almost 2 weeks ago, we went in there just wanting to take a look around and seeing if we could get approved for a car. We were a little bit scared since back at the beginning of January we had a not so great experience at a different dealer, we did all the paperwork, got to take the car home and then they called and said we were not approved and had to return the car as soon as possible. I felt like that dealer didn't even try to help us with like a backup plan. Dick Hannah Dick Says Yes did the total opposite of them, they had a backup plan and found ways for us to get approved and I'm so thankful to them for that because we are loving our car! Nichole did such a great job helping us and was so nice! Thank you Nichole, I will definitely give you a call if I want another car!

I'm a man of few words... But I had a great experience for my very first newer vehicle. I always bought older vehicles. Jim Mahin made it seamless and had such a great disposition throughout the transaction. I just wished we had a chance to work with Lawrence more. I really liked him. I'm going back in a couple years to buy my truck through them.

Everything here is overpriced by at least 5k and in some instances 10k. They talk a good game, but when it comes down to it, they are just another used car lot that only cares about their bottom line. I would not suggest making this your first stop, shop around and save yourself some money.

Doug was our sales guy and he was a pleasure to work with. I went in with my son and we both needed up purchasing cars at the same time and Doug had the whole staff helping us close two deals at once. One with a trade in and one just straight purchase. This is the third car my husband and I have gotten through Dick Hannah (the second from Dick Says Yes). The experience we have is what brings us back. Never have we felt rushed or pressured, this most recent purchase being no exception. Bonnie Robinson was great and very helpful in my search for a car. I was quickly able to see what I could be financed for, went over lists of wants/needs/preferences, and we were on our way to finding the right fit. Bonnie listened to what I wanted, understood the budget I wanted to stay near, and never veered away from these factors in what she showed me. I was able to see cars on numerous lots, checked out plenty, test drove a few, and even got to drive one home! I have never had an easier day finding and purchasing a car. The next day, there was a small hiccup, but I was able to drive back to the lot, smooth out the issue in no time, and be on my way without stress or having a long, drawn out day. In fact, while I was there, not only did Bonnie and James help me out, but they also found a lower interest rate for me, we re-signed some papers, and I was out with an even better deal before noon. I called this dealership knowing I would be a tough customer to find a car for due to bad credit. I listed several stipulations and a monthly payment that was right for us but doubted a lender would take. I first spoke with Mr Ram who was in sales. He was nice and listened to me then began the process. I then spoke with JT who was able to inform me that they found a car that fit all my needs including low miles. This showed that they not only listened to my needs but also tried very hard to meet them. When it came time to go to the dealership I thought oh boy this is where it gets scary and things get changed up. Not the case. They showed us Respect even when we were buying a budget car, went above and beyond what I expected to make sure what we originally agreed upon was met and nothing more. Hayden helped my Fiance and I find the perfect car for us and our future family. We walked in unsure of what kind of deal we could make due to not having the best credit. Hayden took note of our desired price range and the needs we have for a vehicle. We ended up test driving an Elantra, and a Sonata. The cars were great, and definitely within our price range. I was however dreaming of driving a 2016 Ford Fusion. Hayden let me test drive the Fusion, and my heart was set on it. Very little negotiation was necessary, Hayden and the team did what they could to get us a deal we could afford. The whole team was courteous and helpful. Hayden and Bonnie both made several courtesy calls just to make sure we were happy with the car before the 3 days were up that we could not bring it back. We were the final sale made in the office that night, however we were not pressured at all to be hurried up, or make any rash choices. I never thought I would be able to finance a car because my credit was bad. My car was on its last legs and I needed something to haul my kids around in. Not only did they get me into a great new car with only 9000 miles on it the sales person (Bonnie R.) was a tremendous help with explaining things and how to treat this great opportunity I was given by them to finally have a new car and an auto loan that will help build my credit and make me no longer have to worry about if I'm going to get approved. These guys are great and friendly and will do what ever it takes to help you. I would recommend them to any one who needs a car with bad credit

Buying a car was a great experience with Dick Hannah! The people (especially Tom Mills) were so, so friendly and helpful, and they worked really hard to help get us the car we loved. The staff really seemed to care about us, and they put us in a fantastic VW at a great price. The service was fantastic, it didn't take all day, and we are so pleased with our purchase!
