Landmark Credit Union S Packard Ave, Cudahy

This location has super slow service. Every time I come here, I wait forever in line. Other locations don't have this same problem.

One of the best banks I've ever dealt with over the years...Good thing about it is, ya only have to keep a minimum of $5 in savings to have an account. (Savings account) and my checks get automatically deposited there without any hassle!!! The lobby is nice, clean and simple. And it's always warm during the winter and nice and cool in the summer time...The staff are very nice and fast!!! No long wait time in line!!! I'd definitely recommend them for anyone who's looking for a cheap, simple account and/or for a kid/young teen ta open up their first bank account and learn their way of saving/keeping money!!! :) And their bathroom is nice and clean!!

I often do two transactions in the same visit. The staff here is consistently incapable of using the account numbers on the deposit slips. It’s extremely disappointing to have to constantly return to the branch to have their errors fixed. Additionally, it makes by business books look bad, to have errors on a weekly basis. I would not recommend landmark to anyone. It is a regular problem at the Bay View branch as well.

Dont waste your time....worst customer service in a credit union I have experienced in my life. Walk in and the place is empty and need to speak in private about some credit issues and the red head ( cheap dye job ) in the office could not give a minute for us. Time to find another branch or banking options.

Takes forever every time I come to this location. I don’t understand why. I literally just come to make a payment only. There’s always so many people working but no one helping customers

I went in to simply add my wife to my account and add a checking account and it took over an hour of waiting and none of the clerks were able to help us. Another woman was there for 1 hour, 15 minutes and also had not been helped. They only have one person available to open accounts or do anything other than simple transactions. I recommend the location on Howell Avenue in Oak Creek. I've never had an issue at that location. They also have more employees to reduce the wait time. I've been able to update this review while waiting, that's how swiftly were being helped...

Lobbies are closed to to pandemic. ATM/drive through lines are over 30 minutes during lunch or work rush. Phone lines put you on hold for over 30 minutes. Absolutely no way to get ahold of people for emergency needs.

Fast service, nice staff, not ghetto, they all personal know me by name, I'm in and out..unless if it's the first of the month or early in the morning it's a slow wait..but otherwise it's a good bank. All ya need to keep a savings account is only $5, which is better and easier than having to keep a minimum of $100!!! I definitely recommend this to anyone!!!

I used to be a customer with a loan only, their website is very much lacking in user friendly aspects. They also did not have a mobile app or ways to access information quickly. I may have stayed if there was more time spent trying to make the customer's experience better through online and mobile banking.

The Cudahy location almost never has money in the ATM!! I have stopped there twice in the last two weeks and could not get cash! Other than that not a bad place.
