    My boyfriend and I decided to start the year off right by starting the process of getting our credit repaired. We reached out to Landmark to start this journey which we thought we were on the right path by choosing Landmark, unfortunately not! We have been paying since January and haven't seen any changes. I went into the office once to dispute a few things on my report which I figured was their job. My boyfriend was never called to come into the office to do anything. I've called multiple times and left messages and also emailed Rebekah and still haven't heard from anyone! At this point I would just like a full refund because I've been very patient and understanding that Covid has slowed things down but customer service is a key factor in running a business.

    Both me and my wife have separate accounts with landmark credit repair. I have been in this program for 7 months have not seen any results to my credit other then what I am doing on my side to raise my score. I Was originally told that I would see them start dropping off in 3 months. They promised 4-6 months for total deletions to occur. I have called numerous times to check on the status of my account, and being told they are working on it. Here we are now 7 months in no progress. Will not return my phone calls and still pulling payments I am going to cancel this service with them. Total fraud, I got scammed. Can not be trusted. I can guarantee I will never hear from them and will not be refunded.

    We had a issue with our phone system and was using a answering service which didn't work out so we cancelled that. Now we are getting people to email us direct until we get the phone systems fixed. We will take care of you... C19 affected everything and the credit reporting agencies had double to complaints and were not processing investigations at all or in a timely manner. If you didn't have items being removed that are negative and found to be inaccurate or unverifiable then we will issue a refund.     I called Credit Landmark about putting my account on hold in january For the month of February due to me no able to make my montly payment. Billing dept. told me they would put it on hold and once i got my finances in order i could call back and they will resume my account. Feb.17 i get an email from my bank and says my account is overdrawn. I had $50.00 credit landmark took it and i also got hit with an overdraft fee. I called them CEDIT LANDMARK.Left messages spoke to Stephanie, joyce and other people that answered the phone. Even left a message via messenger to Brad Young. Because thats the only way anybody would reapond back to me. It wouldn’t have been upset by this in other circumstances. But we got a bad weather in Tyler this week. Whatever little money i had for supplies Credit Landmark took it. After i had notified them last month that i would not be able to make feb. monthly payment. Im truly upset. I have not had a call back from anybody concerning this issue. I do not recommend anybody doing business with them.

    I ran across a video he posted on TikTok, minutes before having to go in for court. I called him & he answered & was so helpful. Don’t hesitate to give him a call. Don’t ignore judgment! Get with him to create a plan before court date. My court case got continued, & now I’ll be working with him to get this resolved.

    Landmark is awesome. They jumped on my credit file and I start seeing results immediately. They were able to get items removed, and even got me a little cash from a couple collection agencies. I would definitely recommend Landmark Credit Repair to anyone looking for help.

    After 3 months of working with them, I never once received any mail that I was told I would receive. No emails, not calls. Called and talked to Crystal to see what was going on, only 1 item had been removed from my credit. My credit is not any better than I had started with. After my 90 day period, I called to cancel my service. Not worth the money I am paying for them not to fix anything on my credit.

    Thanks for your review. C19 has caused a lot of issues with mail but we’re looking into your file to make sure to see how we can satisfy you to the best of our ability. Having new negative items added during the process and not taking certain actions as we suggest will not help you score to increase. We suggest 6 months to see best results!     I have used Landmark in the past and service was awesome. Now the service is not so great. I have not been contacted since organizing payment. I have tried calling twice but no answer. I also left messages but no one tried to contact me. What has happened to this business?

    You just started 7/15/21. So its barely been over 30 days. Please email [email protected] that is listen on your agreement and my team will respond. Make sure if you call to leave a message if we are on the phone lines with other clients. We are answering the phones. Update: Client had appt on 9/15/21 and wasn't able to make his appt and we were helping client after he put his payment on hold the month before. We try to go above and help people.     6/9/23 : I would recommend this company, in just the short span of 2 months they were able to remove a 5,000$ charge off my credit reports. I have made some serious financial mistakes pre-covid and they are biting me in the butt. To note, the Senior credit consultant has given me fundamental credit advice 2x now and always addresses my concerns on how I can start rebuilding my credit during this process. They are a faith driven company that genuinely care about their clients. 6/23/22 : 2 weeks later, I now have had 4 additional deletions and it boosted my score by 30 points!

    I was going to give them 5 stars because they seemed very nice and helpful. Then they provided the wrong address for a creditor which added an extra month it would have taken to remove the item from my report. I then called several times leaving messages on some voice-mail it sends me to asking to cancel my service. Never hearing back I emailed Brad and the lasy at the front desk. I thought that had worked. Then several weeks later another $99 was deducted from my account. Now I am going to my bank to stop all charges. After emailing Brad again directly.

I did refund you a monthly payment but not the enrollment because we had results but you changed your mind and decided to pay them.     I can’t praise Brad, Ken and his team enough🙌🙌. I was sued over a $1500 credit card, (first time ) found Brad on Tic Toc. Pulled a Hail Mary and reached out the rest was history. With the help of Brad and the Ken they drafted a response in less than 4 day’s and now I may be looking to get back money from lawsuit. I can’t thank them enough truely a Godsend. # THE PEOPLES CHAMP!

    I don't usually write reviews but I needed to for this one! This company has great customer service, and not only have they improved my credit score but they've helped my family and friends as well with theirs. They are very helpful and have continued to check up on my credit scores and remove all my collections. I recommend Landmark to many people I meet because I've never had a business care as much as they did.

    Update 10/16/2020 My son received numerous calls from Brad Young this morning saying that I had been very rude to him and his staff in dealing with the accounts. We have been paying for THREE accounts because his company Landmark Credit Repair was referred to us by a company we have since forwarded our complaint so that they will stop referrals to other clients. Brad Young said they have seen results on my sons account and he said where? I can show credit reports that are the exact same for him today, that reflect no change from sign up day in JUNE! That is ridiculous. My son is a hard working family man trying to make a difference for his family and this man and his company are just taking his hard earned money and doing nothing.Brad Young you called my son accusing me of being rude, my family have heard the phone calls I have made, they know I have not been aggressive as you say. I have not been rude to your staff, I had been voicing my concerns about lack of communication and results for a couple months only to be given the run around. You accused me of threatening you when I said I would report you to the BBB, you said go ahead, Brad Young, so I did and in the process of doing this have sound multiple complaints against you for fraud.. I am asking for a full refund! Until then I will keep updating this review and all legal action will proceed. So Brad Young the ball is on your court! Update: Brad Young responded to BBB with such a false response Which I can list of anyone would like to see! I have asked for proof of his statements so we will see. Also I have been contacted about joining in on a class action lawsuit against Landmark credit repair. I made a post this morning and have already received over 15 people messaging me about their complaints with this company. I was also informed yesterday that they are under investigation! I will keep updating! Bradley Young who claims to be a Christian is no such thing. He preaches on his Facebook that he wants to help people. Well he helps himself to peoples money with nothing in return but false advertisement and so very many excuses. Paid for service for my self, husband and son. My son had 4 things in his credit, I was told in the beginning when I signed up that if there were no results we could get a refund. Well that was in June, this is October and my son still has 4 things on his credit. No follow up, no nothing, I my excuses about staff no longer being there and etc... same for my husband and I. I have been contacted by a group that is working in filing a lawsuit against Bradley Young’s company Landmark Credit Repair. I called and asked for a refund after asking for three days I finally demanded some action. He agreed to refund my money, but on my way he changed his mind and I told him I would report him, he said go ahead, I never respond to those complaints anyway. So today I received am email from the Better Business Bureau stating that he has not responded. So now I will get this out there everywhere I can until I get my money back and people know what a scam he is running! I will also post this same review daily in case it is moved around so no one can see it!!

    The first I heard about Mrs Duck I tried to call her and work with her and she cut me off and said I want my money back tomorrow or Im going to call the BBB and talked about a lawsuit me. Then made all these comments about her husband working with the BBB and she was going to ruin my name around town. We did get a good amount of items deleted from Susanna Duck reports but we decided to give her a refund cause she was unreasonable in her request. I have proof and talked to the BBB and told them in my 20yrs of doing this I have always been able to help someone come to a resolutions but I was unable with Mrs. Duck. I tired to call her son because he was a client and talk to him but he hung up on me and wouldn't talk to me. I did call the husband and talked to him and he was going to get back in touch but I haven't heard from him either. I told him I was unable to work with him wife cause she told me if I don't give her money back in a day she was going to do all these stuff towards my company. I ended up giving her a full refund and she said she would remove this review but I guess she hasn't. I pray she is ok and gets things figured out. I only wish the best for her family... PS: We were able to get a good amount of negative items deleted from Susanna credit reports but she become unreasonable to work so we refunded everything. She states above I didn't give her a refund. That isn't true. We refunded her and her husband and her son. We would not be accredited with the BBB if we never answered or followed through with the BBB.     October 15 ,2020 Hello. I feel very disappointed about land mark credit repair company. Since keep took my money but dont do the job. They took my money since June $249, July $99, August $99 and september $99 . They never fix my credit and My credit scores keep drop and drop. Clients do not go to this Company. I feel vert bad about what they did. They kept take my money from my checking account but they dont do anything. They never call me or help me. This company very bad services. I been talked to Crystal manager and she promised to help me After 1 month called back she no longer work Land Mark. I spoke another customer service who was name Clinder and she again promised to help me and i mow she no longer work there anymore. I feel very upset about what they did. “DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY” ll. I been 5 months nothing result come up. Very Very Bad Services. I Really hope the CEO/ Brad Young respond back to me before i report to BBB to complaint.

    I and my wife entered business with Landmark Credit Repair from 2019 to 2021 with the intentions of increasing our credit scores and deleting negative items. Upon initial contact we were met with great customer service and promises that our files would be taken care of in a timely manner. At first, our file did show activity of investigation processes taking place. After several months of waiting and paying monthly fees, we became dissatisfied with no results nor communication from the company. Upon initial contact with the company, we spoke with the owner and CEO Bradley Young who then promised to personally work on our files and then brought up a tactic to sue creditors to place money back in our pockets. On four different occasions, we personally took days and time off work to sign paperwork and make recordings in which there was absolute 0 results nor communication regarding the results of this effort. After over a year of working with this company, we became fully dissatisfied and requested a refund for the money for the services that were NOT rendered. Brad offered to extend a few months of free service for our files to receive results in which none occurred due to the lack of communication and no effort put forth on our behalf. Brad even mentioned he was out of the country or state on several occasions, placing I and my husband on the backburner multiple times. Brad even offered to conduct a refund but later changed his mind giving a deadline to himself of Monday, January 4th, 2021 at which time no further communication on his part has been issued. There have been numerous attempts to contact this company regarding our situation and the employees who were previously working on our file has been terminated or either left the company. The CEO Bradley Young then recycles his same promises to us and requests more time each communication. We have personal Facebook messenger communications back and forth and upon our complaints which have evolved upon a reasonable amount of time and our voice of concern, Bradley Young then took it upon himself to remove my ability to communicate or leave a review on the company’s Facebook page. Upon research of other reviews from this company, we can see that there are many others who have been made personal promises and has experienced similar tactics and dishonesty regarding services that are not rendered. We would like to formally process a complaint regarding the business practices and reliability of this company on the grounds of a possible scam and improper business ethics. Edit to Brad's Reply: This guy is a total piece of work and a liar. I and my wife did not have this many items removed and scams people out of their hard earned money. We will continue to escalate and take the necessary procedures to ENSURE we are refunded. Hope no one else experiences this bad practice behavior.

    I tired my best to help clients wife Meggan but she wouldn't let me speak and demanded refund. Client told me there was no results and I told her if that was the case I would provide full refund.     4 months of paying for me and my husband and not a single dispute has been filed. We have continually sent in the information they need and have gotten nothing in return. I expect every penny to be returned to us or I will go to the BBB this week. I shouldn’t have to try to call ten thousand times and never get a single call back. Aside from BILLING who magically can make calls! I’m disgusted with this company.
