PNC Bank W Sw Loop, Tyler

Maria and Rocci were FANTASTIC ….they were able to provide my Aunt with online Banking access after 3 previous visits with 3 different people being unable to do so! Both were extremely helpful, pleasant, and attentive! Thank you Maria and Rocci.

We used PNC for a mortgage. If you're looking for a bank that gives you the run around, and provides a different answer to the same question every time you talk to someone new, then this would be the bank for you. All while being told "we understand hardship, and we're here to help". Run. Run away.

The employees at this location have either not been trained properly on customer service and follow through ot they just dony care. To be honest after speaking with the "supervisor" I'm going to lean to they don't care. I have been waiting for a call back about my business account I am trying to get open so I can get back to work. I have now lost $6k in jobs I have had to turn down because BBVA can not let me know whats going on with my business account that was supposed to be open last week. These company's will only pay to a business account for tax reasons. I spoke to the supervisor, Dakota I believe his name was, he had no care at all of my concerns. Said he needed to talk to the employee to see what she had done. He states he could not call legal but could see some papers but could not find out. That was 2 days ago.... still no call... will be changing banks today!

Terrible bank! ATM is ALWAYS broke. I hate it will be closing my account.

They lost the POA that we have of my mother in law, very unprofessional. I then had to cash a check that was from my Mother in Laws account. They charged me $10. We are moving her account and anything else she has from this bank. So very Unprofessional. I wish I could give negative 5 stars.

Tellers were rude, slow and I was not able to make a car payment with a card because there machine was broke. A posted sign would have been nice so I didn't have to wait just to hear they can't process payments.

Worst bank in Tyler Texas . Very little help in settling my husbands account after his death ! Not enough employees to serve customers, and the ones available are stressed and overwhelmed. I just want to close the account and never deal with them again ! ☹️

Staff is horrible and very lazy, refuse to even do the courtesy of filling out a deposit form that every other bank I have ever encountered has. The Manager "Derrick", wouldnt even consider him that, he is a pushover with no answers and just worried about hanging out in the office besides the tellers rather than being in his own office.
