The young lady that helped me here was super friendly to my child and I. I was in signed my papers and out in no time, fastest closing I ever done. They were very prepared for the closing to go so smoothly and fast. The only downside was the parking it appears that the space in front can be parked in, but you better just park in the back lot.

did title work for 2 pieces of property i bought listed as unrestricted. title work came back fine. went to put a modular on it and they screwed up the title work. the property was restricted and they said it was my fault because i didn't check the restrictions and that it was my fault for not verifying. this is a typical duty of a title company. i wouldn't recommend them for anything unless you want to be out thousands of dollars and they don't stand behind their work.

My first transaction with this company went well enough. My second transaction has been poorly handled and drawn out months longer than origionally quoted. Promises made have not been kept, paperwork has been lost. I have yet to recieve the final paperwork, 4 months later than when I began this transaction. I guess it wasn't a big enough moneymaker for them to follow-up on. Just be aware that small transactions probably won't get the attention they need.

The staff was rude, yelling at customers. unorganized. I found the customer service to be a -23 on a scale of 1-10. If you are dealing with out of state clients during a pandemic, you should probably send docs earlier than a day before they need to be turned in. The way they belittled and talked down to customer, could not compare docs and the overall experience was HORRIBLE !!!!!! HINT IF YOU HAVE TO TALK DOWN TO CUSTOMERS, YOU SHOULD PROBABLY NOT BE IN THIS BUSINESS( ANN, LORAINE AND BECKY) THEY SHOULD BE SHUT NOW! NEVER USE THEM!!!! TAKE UR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. T WASHINGTON

Closing agent rushed us at first -- I reminded her we'd arrived 30 minutes early.. and lt was still 20 minutes before our scheduled appointment time, so there was no need to hurry. We found a couple of mistakes which they corrected right away.

Abby and Loraine completed our title papers on our new house and were very nice to talk to. They did exactly what there were supposed to exactly when they said they would. Smooth transaction and a pleasure to speak to them each time. Thank you!

The workers were nice and great. They had several mistakes through our closing that had to be amended and taxes were not sent out and paid accordingly, but all mistakes were fixed once I contacted them and told them of my issues. Just keep a eye on your paperwork and make sure everythings included ( lots, taxes, etc). Otherwise, outside of the property tax issue and them leaving the 2nd lot off the paperwork, It was an easy going process.
