We had a great experience working with Niki at Lake Pointe Mortgage (LPM), and recommend her without reservation. When we needed to move from out of state before our previous home had sold, she worked through many possible options to help us finish financing our purchase-home. She was remarkably flexible with our continuing uncertain closing timeline and reassessed our options more than once. When a very fast closing suddenly became desirable, she accommodated that, too. While we haven't had a bad experience financing our previous two homes, this has by far been our best experience, even with our less-than ideal circumstances. We would not hesitate to take another loan through LPM.
