I worked with Jason Robinson at LMCU for the purchase of my first home. Jason was very knowledgeable about the entire process and even in a crazy busy time, was able to help me with all questions/concerns throughout the process. Even when something challenging came along he knew how to help us through it and was successful in getting our mortgage approved. I was recommended to him by my realtor and I am so glad he was there to support us. Definitely recommend working with Jason if you are considering moving into and around the AA area.

Jason Robinson was outstanding, one of the best in customer service or mortgage experiences I have ever had. Working in the health care industry during COVID, I had very little time to apply for a mortgage. Jason went above and beyond--replying to my emails and reviewing documents when I was able to send, which was mostly 10-11pm in the evening. He did so over several consecutive nights; responding to phone calls and texts very quickly. Close which was estimated to not be possible to complete in a short time frame was completed as a result of his diligent work. He was fast, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Highest recommendation.

Jason Robinson was really wonderful to work with this past year, when my spouse and I purchased our first home. As first-time homeowners, we were really apprehensive and overwhelmed by the process, and it meant a lot to have a trustworthy lender like Jason in our corner. Jason went above and beyond our expectations; He was incredibly patient in explaining process, very quick to write a letter (even after regular work hours) when we were ready to make an offer, and after closing on the house, he has continued to be there to answer questions large and small. He was a really reassuring voice during the process, and at one point, I even joked that he served as something of a therapist during the process. Highly recommended.

This was my second time working with Jason Robinson to secure a mortgage and I was very happy with the service I received. Jason was always available to talk through any questions I had and he made the loan process very easy. His vast knowledge of loans in general made it very easy to figure out the best loan to apply for. LMCU's online loan system also made it very easy to submit documents and to keep track of what was still needed to complete the loan. Overall a positive experience.
