I am actually leaving LMCU because of poor customer service at the Muskegon branch. I've been conducting the remainder of my business at this branch and I've been really happy with their customer service here. I was surprised by the negative reviews here, so thought I should add some positive, since it could be so much worse... like my local branch in Muskegon.

Just went here today for the first time and they're act of kindness paid my auto loan payment for the month and after the month i've had I couldn't be more grateful. It was perfect timing.

Poor customer service every time I go there. Not like other locations.

I went here to get my Manufactured home refinanced, and I told them it had been moved from a park to land. I gave them my $400 deposit and after waiting 6+ weeks I was told they don't finance manufactured homes that have been moved. I specifically stated that when I started the process so now I am out my $400 deposit. Total BS.

LMCU has been a satisfying bank/credit union to utilize! Works well for my baby king needs!

So today I went in to cash a check that I received as an overpayment from my insurance company. It was taking a little longer than normal, so I was nervous that maybe it was a bad check. It turns out, I was selected as one of the lucky winners where they pay your credit card bill, up to $100. I instantly broke down and started crying in front of the teller. I have been having a rough two years of health issues and as someone on disability who doesn't make much, this $100 means so much, more than LMCU will ever know. I know it's a sign from above that things are going to be okay. Thank you LMCU from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful holiday surprise. Still have tears in my eyes as I type this. I have been a customer of lmcu for 20 years now and I really don't have a bad thing to say about their customer service, especially at this location. My concern is maybe they could have built a smaller more functional building and saved some of.their.members money, but I'm just one member. Their loan rates are very good, but I agree with some of the other reviewers that sometimes the wait seems to be too long for the amount of people in line

The drive through here is incredibly slow. Teller can’t multitask so only helps one car at a time. Why even bother having two lanes open?

Very nice. New and clean branch. We love this credit union. They have been very pleasant to work with!

Only have 1 teller working the drive thru. Been here for almost 30 minutes. Pretty disappointing.
