This is not a reflection of LMCU as a bank. I've been with them for over 10 years and I love them. This rating is because of the service I received today. This location needs to pay attention to what they're doing and work on their customer service skills.

I was with 5/3rd on 2006 for 2 months made me close my account since after I been with LMCU never had a single problem got great mortgage rate car loans 5K CC that it's been very helpful. I highly recommend to everyone out there.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would have. The whole reason we opened LMCU accounts was for future loans. And that turned out to be a joke, 2 months after applying for a mortgage loan with Biljana I still didn't have my correct approvals. I called numerous times, where she kept saying she was going to do it (just give her a couple days), but she never did. Finally, I went to a different branch and tried to switch loan officers after calling and complaining about her and still nothing done. I had to request it thru hq to switch my loan officer and never heard back. I felt like because we weren't getting a $300,000 loan, we were nothing to them. Luckily, my friend referred to an awesome loan officer at Chemical Bank. Truly disappointing because I've always loved LMCU. Maybe I just choose the wrong branch to apply.

I do not like this bank, worst of em all,ig they want to feel in control of your money or your account, they over here treating online banking as a privilege, if you don't pay this amount by this day, no more online banking for you,like I'm a kid or something, I'm looking now to refinance my vehicle with another bank so I don't have to deal with them no more, I been dissatisfied with this bank for years.

I have been going to this bank for a while. I honestly have no complaints & I love how polite the employees are. The lines can be a bit long at times but I prefer this bank over every other bank in Grand Rapids. I'm most comfortable there.

Friendly employees and acceptable service, but getting anything done takes forever. Deposits, new cards, transfers....all take days when a normal bank would process same day. Still, would rather use them than a mega-bank and have no major complaints.

I don't know what's wrong with this branch but it just doesn't compare to the other ones. I literally walked in to an empty building no customers bo line and they msde me walk the whole empty line before even greeting me?? Its the little things that matter

Huge shout out to the staff for inviting me back as a member and treating me with the same amount of customer service they would a person that doesn’t walk in 20 minutes before close to open an account. Thanks again KayLani and team!
