I have been going to this bank since it opened up and the staff is always so nice and polite. I am shocked they have such bad reviews. Everyone here has been always so nice and helpful

I was at this branch a couple days ago and a lady was head of me and the teller was practically yelling back at her. Everyone in the lobby knew exactly how much money she had in her checking and savings after the transactions. She talked to her like she was stupid. She was not hard of hearing, elderly, etc. When she finished the transaction and turned to leave, the customer turned around and looked so embarrassed. LMCU...do better.

Got treated very poorly for trying to withdrawal $6000 of my money. The clerk was rude and treated me like 2nd class for having the inquiry. My friend was with me and was going to sign up for an account, but was very turned off by their customer service. This is disappointing considering I recommend LMCU to everyone, strictly for ease of working with. This branch is not a good reflection of their brand.

I was, and still am very excited to have a branch so close, but they have error-ed twice in the last two weeks when depositing checks. The first time they deposited it as the wrong amount, the second time it was put into my personal checking and not my business checking. The checks were written Pay To The Order Of my business. This has created a headache since my accounting software can't reconcile the payments if they aren't there or if they're deposited incorrectly, causing at least 5 hours of lost work time (I'm a sole proprietor), and a teller there even got defensive about it, which was a bit shocking, considering they were obviously at fault. I know it seems petty, but I'm doing my best to get my small business up and running, and they're bogging me down, and costing me money. Just be sure to double check with your teller when you deposit checks, it might not be done correctly otherwise.

Went to get 1 dollar coin roll and teller told me the lady that had the keys was on break I had to wait or come back in half an hour. That is not professional at all. Won't be back here.

We will be switching our loans and accounts to another bank as soon as we move back down state. Who freezes your account the day before thanksgiving because they are not communicating with each other within the branch? There is a reason they have only a 2.8 rating. Especially Malissa, will never answer her phone and send you straight to voicemail. My advice is go to another credit union.

What a surprise today! I went in to pay on my credit card, and they offered to pay my minimum balance for me! Not only have they always offered me the best rates on car loans, and credit cards, they treat me to this act of kindness. Mind Blown! Thank you so much LMCU Plainfield!

I really like this credit union. The staff is wonderful. I've had 2 car loans through them too. The rates and terms were always great. I have no complaints, What so ever.

So very sad that when customer service is so critical during this difficult time in our world, the Branch Manager would not give me the time of day. I have been a member since the late 70,s when it was the teachers Credit Union. Broke my heart.

very poor service and can not contact anyone who cares... taking my funds elsewhere. always an aggravating experience!!!
