I have worked for this company almost a year now and have loaned through different companies in the past before I started working for them and can say I wish I knew this company when I was loaning. they way Alisha has and does handle clients is amazing. been doing customer service since 14 years old and can say first hand Alisha is a great boss.. glad I was given the opportunity to work under her and learn new things. she always make the clients as happy as she can before they leave the store...if I didn't work for the company and I needed the help I would for sure chose this store

Although I know this is not the best solution for every situation, these folks have been there for me when I needed extra cash. They have always treated me with respect and dignity. It is easy to feel shame when one is in a bad financial spot, but Alisha and the crew at "The Plainfield Branch" are sensitive and caring.
