Not a bad company to work with as far as financial is concerned. I only had one issue with my auto where they tried to say I didn't have full coverage on my vehicle since the day I got the loan which if you didn't know is basically impossible, also don't try and call them to ask them anything because not only are you not getting called back but your going to be on hold forever due to the "impact of COVID 19". I've called during the off peak times and the peak times and waited so long I gave up both times. It's absolutely ridiculous just trying to get a question answered that isn't on the website. Step your game up.

Excellent customer service, after 24 years at my previous local bank, I decided to switch to LAFCU and I could not be any happier. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful during every interaction. A+ location

Only prefer to go to any branch that Brittany Beckman works at. I know during this pandemic she’s been at Owosso branch but I will follow her to whatever branch she’s assigned to. Amazing customer service and I always refer anybody I can to her!!

Love this branch, no issues ever! Wait times are minimal, service is pleasant, and they're always helpful with any of my questions or concerns. Best switch to a financial institution my family has made. Glad to be a member!

Long lines in drive thru, can be out to road! DT Tellers are in no hurry.Not sure if there Lobby is open yet. This is my opinion only and typed during the Covid scare.

I love my LAFCU branches! Employees are courteous and efficient, and the services that I receive from utilizing a credit union instead of a bank are outstanding! I've been banking at this credit union for about five years now, and have never been charged a fee for any service that I have needed. Easy to access bank employees to talk about personal loans or any of your other needs. Branches are kept clean and tidy.

Q absolute worst customer service. Have never had a pleasant experience with the tellers. they will laugh at you when you're just trying to get change for your business

Staff are always courteous, pleasant, and very helpful. They continue the small town warmth, ease of service, and appeal. I have recommended this branch to many others.

I have banked with LAFCU for 10 years. I live in the "tip of the mitt" I will not switch banks as LAFCU has always been helpful. Banking for me is easy now with remote deposit.

If you could put negative that's what the review would be. They have the worse service ever. No ability to help you. Transfer Transfer Transfer that's all the vocabulary they know. Oh wait they do know "there will be a fee for that" I thought maybe the merge from Centel would be better. But nope. At least their staff knew you and was friendly.
