Brett Meyer was fabulous at helping my mother obtain a reverse mortgage to purchase a new house after the death of my father. He was professional and compassionate. He went above and beyond to support her through the entire transaction, including driving her over an hour to the closing. He answered every question promptly and eased all her nerves. Metro Mortgage made refinancing a cinch. Time is of the essence to lock in a rate and there are a lot of approval and paperwork to be processed in a timely fashion. Their approach kept velocity it a critical time and helped us close in record time despite headwinds.
