Did my taxes with Marissa Nunez and all i could say is worst experience ever. I did my taxes with her and after i signed the papers and filed i tried calling her to go over my taxes and she said she would call me back and then never did. I even texted her a few times and still no response. Then when i finally downloaded an app to call her from a different number, that is when she answered my call. Very unprofessional. Aside from all of this, I even recommended a few people to do their taxes with her and she didn't want to pay me the referral fee. Then, to make matters worse i didn't receive the refund amount she said i would receive. Will not file with her again and i don't recommend her.
