Their communication was superb, making themselves available via text, email, and phone calls to clarify anything in the process and next steps. Their online platform made it easy to get approved quickly, securely link accounts and add documents, and to have everything centralized. The team was compassionate and kind, especially as it was our first time buying a house and we had a lot of questions. Kyle Rohrbaugh and the Rohrbaugh RPM team were incredible to work with. Kyle was very communicative and spent a lot of time teaching us what we needed to know about the process (as first-time homebuyers we had many, many questions at every stage of the process). Kyle’s efforts didn’t stop after 5pm or at the end of the work-week either: The house we were interested in was listed on the market on a Thursday with an open house on Saturday and offer review on Monday evening (this seemed to be the norm based on our experience). Late Friday night the offer review date was suddenly changed to Saturday at 6pm due to a sudden unforeseen circumstance on the seller’s side. After emailing him on Saturday morning, Kyle had a pre-approval letter tailored for this property in my inbox by 11am. Because Kyle and the RPM team had the dedication and agility to respond so quickly to this changing circumstance we found ourselves with less competition, as many of the others interested could not adjust to the sudden weekend deadline change; our offer was accepted! As if this wasn’t impressive enough, we managed to close a week early. Rozina, our phenomenal Loan Processor on the Rohrbaugh Team, gets huge credit here: The title company nearly fumbled our signing appointment, which would have compromised our early closing, but Rozina’s quick actions saved the day and our timeline. I chose RPM based on my friend’s recommendation, and could not have asked for a better team. Kyle was my senior loan advisor and Maddie was my transaction coordinator for the whole process, and therefore the people I interacted with the most. They care, they listen, and they go the extra mile to make sure information is understood and the home-buying process is smooth. I have to imagine their entire team is that way with the effort they put out there. If and when I enter the home buying process again, I’ll be happily heading back to this team.
