As usual, I received tremendous care and service at Tim Lopez insurance in Gig Harbor, otherwise known as American family. If something happens with one of the things I have Insured, where it can’t be insured anymore and I don’t care to give you an example of that and no it’s not cars, he always finds a way to ensure me. My umbrella policy was canceled for good reason and he just found me another Umbrella policy, even though it wasn’t with his company. The staff is welcoming, and there is never been a time when someone didn’t answer the phone and took care of whatever it was that I needed immediately. I didn’t have to press one and two and three and four and seven or any numbers I just got to talk to a person. I feel very lucky to be insured with this company and in particular with this man and his agency. No I’m not his mother. When I had a fender bender years ago, my faults,they responded quickly with kindness compassion and took care of the whole thing without any problems. The value of American Family Insurance is priceless, nice to know though I'm paying about half the price of my old insurance. Changing over to American Family Insurance was the best move I ever made! It is a rare occasion these days to have customer/insurance service at this level of excellence. Five stars earned, for certain. Tim and his office staff are responsive, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, receptive, kind and utterly professional. Our neighbor gave us his name to call and inquire about lower rates than the company were were insured with. We initially contacted him for an automobile insurance quote on a Thursday and had several email and phone call interactions over the next 24 hours. Tim answered our many questions, and had a personalized quote prepared immediately. By Saturday we had a new auto, home and umbrella policy in place and ready to sign.. This quote was same coverage, but about 2/3 LESS! Tim has continued to be lightning fast with all email and phone call responses. I cannot emphasize just how great of a find Tim and his staff are. ***Highest recommendation!!!!***

American Family Insurance and Tim Lopez was great to work with when dealing with a flooded basement. They allowed us to quickly call in a restoration company to clean up and were quick to fulfill our claim. They were also very attentive to make sure everything was going well.
