I initially contacted Kurt Goeser's State Farm office to get a quote because I was starting to question my high rates with USAA (after being with them for 21 years!). I spoke with Drew over the phone and he did a magnificent job of walking me through the quote and making sure we were comparing apples to apples. After a detailed review he was able to offer me better coverage at nearly $50 savings a month. I also recently purchased a new vehicle and got a chance to speak to Drew again. He made the whole process super easy and was such a pleasure to speak with. I have never received such stellar customer service like this from an insurance company before.

I have been with Kurt for a long time now thanks to my parents who are long time customers as well. I have never in all my years of being a customer had a negative experience. I recommend Kurt to everyone!

Ive been with State Farm since Ive been driving. Ive seen and heard from agents in Illinois and Wisconsin to Missouri as well. Im happy to know that the individuals at thia location are some the grandest I've worked with in quite some time. I signed up with Cody and he is really great to work with. He gave me a really good deal and always helps in all possible ways. He's quick to respond to calls or emails and always friendly. Paige is really helpful and friendly also. They both have great skills in making you feel welcome and assisting you in any way you need. They will get you the lowest possible price for your individual needs. They really seem like they are there to help. I think if something happened and you needed to make a claim they would walk you through the process and be very supportive to make the situation better for you and your family and mitigate the difficulties. They are the best insurance people I have ever met and I have met a few. I highly recommend them.
