Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Warrensburg, NY is a great dealership to do business with!!! We drove 4 hrs to and 4 hours home once we located a vehicle fitting our criteria in May of 2021. I can’t say enough about all of the staff we had dealings with. Even as much as a year later calling with questions about the use of our vehicles safety features etc, the service department was most courteous and helpful and generous with their time. Wouldn’t think twice in making the trip to do business with them again and have boasted to our family and friends of their great services!!! Thanks again!!!!

I've had multiple bad experiences with this dealership. My main problem to start off with is that they stole out of my vehicle! I had my jeep brought in for a deficit on the oil cap, which was 2300mi between oil changes. While it was there they decided to just take oil out of my car and use it, I didn't receive a call email, nothing. Extremely unprofessional. I was unable to use the towing service through the jeep as I had no cell service and for such they refused to reimburse towing. When I had no other options. On another occasion I brought in a dodge to be diagnosed, the transmission needed to be programmed, I was told that no one there knew how to do that, I had an $1200 bill for them to tell me that they can't do it and to bring it to another dealership. I highly recommend buying your car elsewhere.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Krystal CJD. Brandon was amazing to work with and made everything so easy. We will be getting our vehicle serviced there and plan on buying from Krystal in the future. We highly recommend.

I have had my 2019 Ram1500 serviced by Krystal since I purchased it from them. Service has always done a competent and complete job. I had my Ram 1500 serviced again on Wednesday, 3 9, and Service once again did a complete and competent job...with a smile, I might add. Had my rear brakes done this May (22), and they feel significantly better now. Price was pretty good too.

Very disappointed in this place I bought a 2019 jeep compass. Nothing bit problems . Has a vibration in the front end they have treid to fix 5 times now still not fixed. Every time I send it back they break something else. For instance they first time they treid to fix my vibration problem they damaged the 700 dallor concole. And broke my passenger side seal plate trying to replace the console still waiting on that to be replaced. The vibration has not been fixed !!!! Every time they break something i loose 200 dallor work day. I filed for a lemon law 2 days ago. When I was in the bag of shop there were employees out there drinking twisted teas in the garage during BUISNESS hours .perhaps this is why they do horrible work. The only one that was descent was the sales guy Brandon . Buyers beware!!!!!

I traded in a Jeep to purchase another Jeep at Krystal. I wanted a specific vehicle and found it here (through an online search). The sales person contacted me the next morning. The whole process was done via phone and email as I live 4 hours away. The pricing was reasonable, the trade value was fair (higher than multiple others), and everyone there was pleasant to work with. One key was lost/missing and appropriate arrangements were made to take care of the problem... Prior to purchasing this vehicle, I looked at a couple more at different dealers. None of those dealers got it done, Krystal did. It was worth the 4 hour drive.

I have purchased two Ram trucks over the last 4 years from them. Great experience every time. In and out, no back and forth, holding your keys for two hours so you don't leave like other dealerships. They can either make it happen or they can't. Go see Dan Hunter and his team, they are the best!

What a great experience, this was my second vehicle purchased from Krystal and I was once again overly pleased with the efficiency of their service in every aspect. In a time where it seems like this world is in shambles, this group of individuals really had it all together.

After having an awful time trying to buy a truck through another dealer I found Krystal. Not only did they have a truck that I was interested in but they were very responsive and helpful when it came to getting a deal done. Tina was my sales person and she was great from our first email right down to the final paperwork that needed to be done. We purchased a 2019 jeep from here and have a vibration still after 4 visits and 2 sets of tire and a set of wheel later. And after one visit our console and kick plate in the passenger side where scrapped up. While replacing they they broke another panel. Also I no longer have a job there. A made up story about me not changing out part on repair orders. Cause we gave them a bad review. So.now we have a car payment and no job. That you Krystals. Not a good place to work or buy a car from cause they can't fix anything right even after 4 visi so now we are not sure what's going on cause we have parts ordered. They owe us the second key fob that we haven't gotten and the part they broke and have not heard anything about the vibration ether?. All this time and still no one from this dealership has tryed to make this right. I guess they think it just going away buy it self. Anyone wanting a car should find a better place than Krystals Chrysler cause they don't stand behind the cars they sale

I drove 4 hours one way from Central NH to buy a Certified Ram from Kyrstal CDJR and would happily do so again. Eric and Dan were great to work with.
