TD Bank Canada St, Lake George

Absolute worst bank ever. I don't typically write reviews, I i feel so strongly about this that I felt compelled to share. TD bank claims to be supportive to local small businesses, but are the absolute worst ever. They just kick you when you are down. No communication. They charge to DEPOSIT cash. Terrible customer service. You get rude people on the phone after waiting an hour. They don't do what they say they will. One group within the bank doesn't communicate with the other. Stay with local banks. They may actually be in it with you versus just giving lip service like TD Bank. I strongly advise every business out there who uses TD bank to move their business immediately. They are not looking out for you or your local business.

Nice caring people, no waiting but... so many mistakes that I have to watch my account every day. This week they made 4x my usual transfer to pay credit card overdrawing my account. Everytime they overdraw me they say I'm not enrolled in some program. Then I still get overdrawn.

Will Never go inside again. Tried to deposit money on to an account with my g.f card. They hassled me like i was trying to do something wronge. i even ran to my car for my i.d. they tried to take my atm card. With it being signed on the back. And i was on the damn account. It took over 5 clerks to figure it out. Like damn only reason why they didnt take the card is because i was a fort ann resident get the f out of here...... close this damn branch.

Outrageous waiting times of an hour plus for account services such as opening, despite a number of staff members sitting around on their phones doing little to no work

Nice people, it all depends on what time you go in if your going to have to Waite in line or not.

Great location, very convienant. However, most convienant bank should not be there slogan. There was things I was told they could do and they can't. If you get an overdraft fee and it puts you in the negative and you want to put your bank on hold like other Banks do so you don't reoccur more charges this Bank won't do that so you'll be sitting there reoccurring charges constantly all of a sudden your overdraft fee goes from $50 to 85. And they are rude the way they talk to us about it. They were so rude to me over the phone one time I actually had to hang up.

Staff here is awesome! They were quick and efficient in opening an account for us. They are super friendly and had no problem interacting with our kids. They gave the girls yo-yos to entertain them while we did paperwork.

They refuse to cash my paycheck even though I have a account with them they said it was a foreign check,it wasn't,they said I was a foreign student I'm a USA citizen and chef from LA,CA of 7 years the bold guy,big lady were racist I live in lake George, have 2 jobs im never coming to this bank ever again I'm going to stick to going to my TD bank in Queensbury where they know I work across the street,don't come to this bank their bad employee there.

Great fast service. Was open when other td banks were closed!
