    Jacob Polk in Tallahassee Florida is an asset to your company. Very genuine salesman is the real reason I made the decision. I was on the fence on whether to buy and my wife was trying to get me to purchase something. Jacob was very friendly and kind and was open and not manipulative or forceful with his sale. He didn't seem overzealous and he was very helpful. He test drove the vehicle with us and provided options. I could sense that he was genuinely caring and it was that attitude and disposition that sold me. The truck was also a nice vehicle. Keep Jacob and you will have a great deal of future business with your company.

    My husband and I had an easy and low-stress used car buying experience with Daniel Kinsey at Kraft Nissan in Tallahassee. Daniel made the process easy and straightforward. He showed us the cars we expressed an interest in without pressuring us to look at other things outside our interest. Mentioned other cars that were similar. Knew by heart the stats of the vehicles - price, year, mileage on all the cars we asked about! Very kind and nice man that made the whole experience pleasant. No aggressive sales tactics. He went the extra mile for us and seemed to have a true heart for people and especially military veterans. We really appreciate the experience we got with Daniel and Kraft Nissan.

    It was a great all around experience with Shayla helping me through the whole process! The dealership is clean, comfortable, and friendly.     I had no plans on purchasing a vehicle from Kraft Nissan just shopping around on this day. But I must say that my Sales Consultant Matt Moran made the experience seamless for me. This helped me make my decisions because he was very friendly and had a lot of patience with me. I did ask a lot of questions about the Kraft brand of cars. So I am new to the Kraft family and I am going to give Kraft Nissan a chance on my investment.

    Service took much longer than I was told (Dropped off at 07:30AM). Ended up having to leave vehicle over night unexpectedly after I was told my vehicle service would be complete soon. Wasted my time driving to the dealer only to find they had forgotten to perform the alignment. Was recommended service that I did not need such as brake fluid and oil change even though I just had those services performed by another shop recently (Brake fluid was changed the day prior). The following day I messaged the service advisor confirming my vehicle was ready. My wife ended up waiting another 45 minutes just to pay for the service and get her car after arriving.

    Kayley was an excellent salesperson. She was very friendly and not pushy. I truly dislike the standard car buying experience and typically refuse to deal with a salesperson in the showroom. My last 5 car purchases I have made the complete deal before stepping on the dealership property. In searching for this current purchase during this unfortunate time of limited availability, I had numerous dealerships lie about the vehicles they had. Knowing that what was promised was actually available was great. I appreciate being treated they way I treat people!

    I made an appointment for a car maintenance and experienced the most terrible customer service. I spoke to a man over the phone and he was rude. I needed to accept or deny the services that I wanted done on my car. After explaining what I wanted done, he dismissed everything I said. Instead, he exclaimed he would just send all of the forms over through mail. He said it as if I was such a bother when this was my first time in the phone with this man..for 10 seconds! Before I got to agree, he sent the form over and got off the phone. It was a 1 minute “conversation” and I have never had such a bad experience. I was not able to make any clarifying questions or ask about anything because he didn’t give me the chance to. The man sounded angry and annoyed. To top it all off, they only completed one out of the two services I asked for. I believe the persons name was Brian Hutchins. Id advice to go elsewhere for a car maintenance if you want to have someone who is willing to listen and well-inform you. It was such an uncomfortable situation.

    I'm extremely dissatisfied with Nissan's services. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15pm today. Unfortunately, I didn't leave until 4:30 pm. That's ridiculous! I was here to get a recall and standard oil change. Please don't email me no surveys because you will not like my feedback. I appreciate your apologies Mr. Mike, but it won't suffice!

    We do apologize for any delays or miscommunication as to how long your recent visit would take. Typically an oil and filter change, along with a multipoint inspection takes about an hour and 45 minutes. With the recall performed as well, the visit timing sounds correct.

    If you are planning to buy a car from them because of the offered lifetime powertrain warranty, don't. You will never be able to use it. They will require a complete service record no matter the repair and deny any claim if you don't have proof you completed every single item in the manual in the exact window it mentions even if it has no bearing on the repair needed. Was told they wouldn't even consider covering my wheel bearing repair because I didn't have a record I changed my air filter at the exact moment the book said. Complete scam.

    The Lifetime Powertrain warranty does require maintenance procedures that are listed on the contract. It does state you must follow the procedures in order to keep the warranty valid. We will be glad to re-review your maintenance services in regards to your wheel-bearing concern.

    Doug was friendly, attentive and no nonsense. He helped us get into the car we wanted and worked hard with the business manager to get the payment down to where we were comfortable. Overall, it was much less stressful than it probably could have been. We’re very happy with our experience.

    Few things are as frustrating as people wasting your time. Even more so as a single parent. I found a car at Kraft that I was interested in, so I called to check on its availability (a lesson previously learned from Kraft). After three or four automated prompts, the person I spoke with assured me it was there and asked when I'd be out for a test drive. I worked some things around in my schedule and took some time off to go see the car... in respect for your time, and waiting another 20 minutes, it wasn't there. Kraft, be the company of your commercials. Your customers(current, potential, and lost) deserve no less...

We do occasionally have more than one customer looking at the same vehicle however, we do try to minimize this happening if possible.     I arrived to my appointment to be greeted by a disgruntled employee. The individual that took my order was unprofessional and referred to me as "My Queen". First of all, I am no one's queen and do not find that appropriate. Secondly, the service took too long. I waited for two hours for a recall and then was told that the free windshield wipers would not be validated. Then when the individual finally came back to me to give me the report on my vehicle I explained that I did not desire any further service from this establishment. The individual's response was "You can go home and let your husband look over the report to make a decision." I do not require a man to look over my car report and to make decisions for me. I can make decisions on my own and how presumptuous was it too assume that I was married or even desired to have a husband in the first place. I am appalled and hope never to step foot in Kraft Nissan again.

    Jacob Polk and Blaire Bussey” the magician “ were an absolute blessing that helped me this past week. Both are very genuine in nature, organized, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Walking in, I was worried due to my previous experiences at multiple dealerships through the week. But, as soon as I met Jacob, he assured me that I will be taken care of and that I can finally breath. Then he told me of the magician which turned out to be Blaire Bussey and he definitely worked a miracle.     Went in monday just to get an idea on the trade in value for my 2016 accord coupe and they gave me 20,000 for it and they worked with me so I could drive off the lot in an 2019 infiniti q60 red sport with only 15,000 miles on it and my payments are more than fair.     Mr Austin Brogdon was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of my maintenance check up and oil change. I was told it could take up to an hour and 15 minutes but they had it all done in under an hour. Great service and Great employees like Mr. Brogdon. Next time I need service I will request Austin Brogdon.

    First of all I went to get a side mirror estimate. The part was ordered and I heard nothing for over 2 weeks. I called and was told the part was sitting there. No one called me. I had to call you all. Then an appt was scheduled. They ask me if it was painted. How would I know. The estimate changed 3 different times. I paid almost 800 dollars. For a side mirror. Iwas told they could just slap it on. Well that slap took almost 3hrs. At that point I just needed it on. Worst experience since I've had my car!!!!!!

    I went in for a recall notice. The work was performed (as far as I know) with no issues. I was told that my battery test failed and I needed a new battery critically at the cost of $165. I declined the service. My son is a master mechanic and I immediately went to his shop upon leaving your shop. He tested my battery with three different testers and found no issues. My car continues to start with no problems. I don't appreciate you trying to sell me parts that are not necessary just because I did not have to pay for the recall notice.

    Checking the battery is part of our multipoint inspection. We do use Nissan battery testers and would be more than happy to do a recheck.

    The drop off and pick up was very confusing. No explanation on how it works. Drop off was pretty fast though. Pick up was not. Several customers just standing at the drop off bay have been there awhile and nobody even asked them if they could be helped. They were picking up as well as I was. I got their attention even though they were not with any customers at all with the employees. I said, “hello can we please be helped.” Lady was nice and told me to just stand on the outside corner and someone will bring my car around. I stood there 15min and a young guy apologized and said he was so busy he actually forgot he was supposed to be bringing my car. I’m wow! This system you have needs help. It’s not customer friendly, convenient and it’s confusing. This was my first oil change. I’m not happy with this service at all. There wasn’t even an explanation of what all was done.

    The oil change and tire rotation was completed in less time than it was estimated. However, after leaving I had a few warnings that popped up so I immediately turned around to see what the problem was because I had not had that to happen before and the service team jumped on it immediately.

    Had my first ever car buying experience here since I’d heard great things about them, and I gotta say I’m impressed! Everyone was super nice and friendly, and seemed honest. I walked away with a used Sentra, and it rides like a dream! If you ever need help, ask for Seth Robertson, he’s professional, nice, and he doesn’t get mad at you for asking questions!     The serve advisors initial introduction was not warm and embracing. I had the understanding that my headlight could be replaced and the inside of the light could be cleaned (since it was so foggy) but the service advisor immediately said I was wrong and he could do nothing to help with that. It wasn’t until the sweet lady from members services that set up the appointment via phone, came to explain my options, that I understood that you guys didn’t have the tools to clean the inside of the light. Either way, it took 2 hours to get the bulb replaced which seemed a bit long in my opinion. I usually receive much better service when I get my car serviced at Proctor.

    Charged me $96 to tighten 4 bolts up. Took 5 minutes. Literally lifted up the car and took 2 min and was done.. rip off

    Overall, the experience is always good. The staff are friendly, the facilities are clean, and the jobs are done correctly the first time. The only complaint I ever have about coming to Kraft Nissan for an oil change/tire rotation is how long it takes. My latest experience took THREE HOURS! It has been longer than that in the past. I can understand it taking that long if I just drop in, but I feel like if I make an appointment, it should not take longer than an hour, hour and a half. I realize there is a multi-point inspection involved each time, but three hours seems excessive regardless. If it's going to take that long, I would at least like a courtesy wash and vacuum at the end. Don't you guys do that anymore?

    My service adviser Michael was attentive to the needs of my vehicle. He also kept me abreast of what was going on with my vehicle. After my vehicle was servicing, Micheal had it washed. 🙂 I like going back to Kraft Nissan because I enjoy talking with Simon in the Parts Department. I also like it when others remember me. Seeing familiar faces is important to me. I miss seeing other service advisers that were around prior to COVID-19. Hopefully, they are doing well. The place was clean and the atmosphere was very nice. I knew my wait was going to be long, so I was prepared. However, there were refreshments given to those waiting on their vehicles. (Nice move)

    I couldn't have had a better experience. I first sent my son there after he had purchased a car through another dealership that was a lemon. Seth Robertson worked hard to get everything transferred over and got my son in a safer, newer car. A few weeks later and I go in to trade in my car. I was looking at a used car and knee what I wanted. When I told Seth what I was using my car for, he put me in the car I needed and I couldn't be happier. Since then, my future daughter in law purchased a car from him and my other son will be soon. Since we have all switched to Nissan's, now we have to send my boyfriend to go see Seth.

    I worked with Moses Ortiz and he was an excellent representative of the dealership. Very helpful, professional and courteous. My only issue was with the vehicle rental. They were prepared to charge our insurance for damages we did not incur. Also, there was no walk- through inspection done with me when we rented the vehicle. I am currently still waiting to hear back from the service manager for a resolution on this matter. This, however, is in no way a bad reflection on Mr. Moses Ortiz.

    I have had the opportunity to work with two of your service advisors, Austin Brogdon and Dorreen Dorlean, during both this visit for an oil change and my last visit regarding issues with our battery, and both Dorreen and Austin consistently go above and beyond in making sure my experience is always exceptional! I actually look forward to getting my car serviced now, because I know I will have the pleasure of working with such amazing service advisors who always make my day brighter!     Today makes twice that I have come here with an appointment and have had to wait much longer than I was told. The service person that helped me was pretty nice but the service not so good. While I was waiting I went to ask the parts department about purchasing a key and he told me to wait. I told him I will be sitting right over here and to let me know when he has time to give me a quote. Two hours later I am still sitting here and he never got back to me. Just not a very good experience today or the last time I had service. They need to do better.

    Service Advisor was professional, friendly and courteous. He was well-informed of the problem and updated me of the progress. Refreshments served to the customers in the waiting area is a very nice of expressing appreciation for customer loyalty. My only suggestion for improvement is to provide a complimentary car/truck wash prior to releasing it back to the customer.

    I recently purchased a Nissan from an out of town dealership, but have used Kraft for my service appointments. Each time I have dropped my vehicle off and it has been returned to me with several new deep scratches. Nothing was done about these in fact Kraft was rude and essentially denied blame. I detail my own car each week and check for scratches daily. So I am aware of any new blemishes. Beware of leaving your car with Kraft. Take video and photos of your car in the garage to use for before and after evidence because they will deny any wrong doing and the cost of repairs for their damages left to you alone.

    Everyone was polite helpful and friendly. I can’t say I ever enjoyed car shopping but my two experiences with Kraft are the closest thing I’ve experienced as joy in a car dealership. I will return if and when It’s time for a new vehicle. Also their service department is exceptional. All and all this second visit was even better than the first. Ryan was the best as was everyone else we met that day.

    In addition to the above (after their brake pad replacement, the fiasco where they tried to convince me my good rear brakes were now damaged because I damaged them), my blower had leaves in it the previous time I went in for service. The mechanic blew out the leaves using a shop vac. It cost me $150 (in addition to the brake job, and a few other add-on fees). A few days later, the clog in my AC returned (that was 3 months ago). When I added that to their list of things they did not fix last time, they tried to convince me rodents climbed up inside my ac blower. Originally they told me they would clean it out for an additional $150. We agreed to take my previous $150 into account, and the service guy said they would clean out the existing blower for an additional $150. After we agreed to this, the guy left for the day, and a few minutes later I get an authorization form on text which totally changed all of my estimated prices, and changed all of the work to other jobs (example: instead of cleaning out the blower for $150 as promised, now it had REPLACE the blower, for $389) ..... I was going to pay $245 to fix my brakes (which I was mad about anyway, but I was going to let that go; just not worth the stress) but they changed that to $369-- I pointed the original estimate (promised price) from the original service advisor was $245 and the new service advisor said, "oh well he gave you the price for disc brakes. He didn't know that your vehicle (an NV200) had drum brakes in the rear." Name ONE truck in the USA (or anywhere else, for that matter) that does NOT have drum brakes in the rear! Anybody WORKING for Nissan would know that! They were dead set on screwing me. When I denied all of the "revised" charges, one kid tried to charge me $150 for "diagnostic fees" . The supervisor overrode that (to their credit) but all of the forementioned stuff really puts these people in a bad light. If you are buying a Nissan at Krarft Nissan just remember to STAY AWAY from their service department. Oh, they'll "service" you, but not in the way you're thinking........

    This time, (and I have now seen this pattern on the last few visits) I make an appointment, drop my car early in the morning (in this last visit my appointment was for 8am, and I dropped the vehicle the night before). The day goes by and I do not get any feedback on what is happening, is the problem fixed, what is been done until 4 to 4:15pm as I am starting to wonder if I am going to have a car to go home. If I need to make arrangements to go home or to the dealer to pick up my car. It feels as if the approach is this guy left the car with us so we can wait until the last minute possible to work on it.

    Everything went fine. Only issue was severe maintenance schedule on owner's manual showed tire rotation which (I guess) wasn't listed in service provider's manual. Service department was very busy that day and she seemed stressed. Also bought a service contract for oil/filter changes from service department manager, David. Thanks.

    I had the pleasure of working with Matt Moran when I was looking at some cars and he is just amazing. He is not your stereotypical cars salesman he is down to earth and really a great guy. 10/10 recommend coming here. I really liked the overall atmosphere, I was treated with respect and I can not say enough nice things! I have to update my review! I left the lot without a car the first time but I really enjoyed my time at Kraft Nissan and kept thinking about a specific car so I decided to text Matt Moran on a Sunday and he texted me back on his day off. I told him about the car I wanted to come back and test drive and we made an appointment and when I got there he had the car all pulled around for me. I ended up loving it and we sat down and the whole financial team was very very nice to work with. I told them what I could afford and they made my dream car happen! I can not be more thankful for Matt and the Kraft Nissan team I will keep coming back!

    I stopped taking my car here for maintenance because the level of service changed drastically. I brought my car in this past Saturday and was so pleased with the customer service. There are ALL new staff from those that I remember and there are physical improvements in the layout of the service area. I now feel more comfortable coming back in for service. The manager and the service clerks were great and responsive and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I wish I could remember their names to acknowledge them personally. There were 3 different people that helped me and they were all great especially the manager that did my paperwork when I arrived.

    Standard oil change and tire rotation. I received the text telling me here's some recommended services. One such service was to replace the cabin air filter and it was estimated at $25. I approved it via text because I thought it was a good deal for the service. When I went to check out, the tech rang me up for $65. I would never pay $65 for an air cabin filter replacement. The part was $15 at Auto Zone last time I checked. $25 was okay, considering the convenience factor. We talked about it and he told me they forgot to charge me $40 for the labor. I told him the only reason I approved it was because it was a good deal otherwise I wouldn't have approved it and I expect to pay the $25 that I was quoted. He said he understood and changed the price, so I signed the paperwork. As I walked to my truck, I looked at the receipt and noted he only took off $30, not the $40. I turned around and told him and he told me he couldn't refund the $10 and didn't know how this could be accomplished and the part that really irritated me was he then suggested that if I fill out the survey I'll get a $10 coupon and that's like calling it even. Except I would have gotten a $10 off coupon for taking the survey regardless of his failure to bill me correctly or rectify the situation appropriately. The work was done just fine, as far as I know, but the techs customer service is lacking. This is not the first time the techs have been less than helpful.

I have only used the service department in past few years and compared to my previous dealer(s), Kraft is NOT to be trusted, you will be there for hours, they are totally unorganized & there is absolutely no customer service. I only went because of the recall & free oil change offer. I rather pay someone else, then to get something free from Kraft Nissan.

    The work was performed correctly, but one of my vents was damaged when the car was in your custody. I was told to return it for repair, and when I did so, I was treated with less than dignified service by the service manager on duty. He kept insisting that there was no way the vent was damaged when it was there, but as I told him, the car is only driven by me and the vent wasn't broken when I delivered it to the service bay. He became quite indignant in his exchange with me and I never expected I would get that kind of treatment when I'd just spent thirteen hundred dollars on repairs I paid for. I expected more decorum from management at Kraft Nissan.

    I giving 1 star to be able to make a post but 1 is too many. I made an appointment for oil change at 8:00 am. I was told that it will take 1.5 hour so I left and returned at 11:45 for the car. I asked one of the representative in the garage for assistance and after waiting in line for 10 minutes he looked in the computer and I told me to make another line an ask another representative who told me that the was not ready and I had to wait. Said that there was an emergency in the service area and my car had to wait. I went to the waiting area and 10 minutes later I saw when the vehicle was pulled in for the oil change. I called the representative to complain about it and I was told that it was my fault for dropping the car. Requested to speak to a manager and the service manage just came and he didn't charge for the oil change. I didn't come to Kraft Nissan for a freebie I came for a service that I didn't received. I had previous commitments in the afternoon that day which a had to cancel since I didn't get out this place until 1:30. I believe that I could get better service in Walmart compare the service in this location; hell will freeze over before I do business with this company

    Service was completed in a timely manner and they had the parts even though I was told on the phone said I’d have to come back for them another day. Man that took care of me was very nice and helpful. Vending machines would not take any of my credit cards. A refrigerator of free water would have been nice. Also smelled like sweat in the waiting lobby area.

    Everything went well during my service visit. Only problem was the initial contact person told us we didn't need wheel alignment according to the print out given on your tires when you enter the service tunnel, so we ended up getting a tire rotation instead of a wheel alignment. It was his first day and he apologized for the mix up. Besides that everything went well . Service was speedy and the car was vacuumed clean.

    Everytime I come to this dealership it’s always positive vibes and a great friendly atmosphere. However this time I went it was beyond expectations. Brian Hutchins did a great job as a Customer Advocate, making sure that I was satisfied with the way my car drove and felt before pulling off.     I will only return because all others are too far away. Communication with service advisor "John" was nonexistent. Had to go over him to service manager David to get answers and then was completely avoided by John for the rest of the experience. That is my only complaint but to me that is the most important part of having my vehicle serviced.

    Kraft Nissan is an absolute joke. I bought a brand new Altima and Sentra plus referred many friends and family to this business and the only positive thing I can say about them is they have an AWESOME salesman named David Tompkins. I could not have asked for a better sales experience. However, the service team and finance team is absolutely pathetic. The service staff was so terrible that I quit taking my Nissan up there and started paying other places. When I traded in both of my vehicles, I informed Scott Stanley that I needed my gap and extended warranty reimbursed to me. He proceeded to tell me that I would need proof of payoff so I contacted Brittany Snyder. Brittany stated that all she would need from me is the purchase agreement for my new car showing the the trade-in of my Nissan. I provided her this information and she was able to provide me a check within 2 weeks. Recently my mother bought a vehicle from Nissan and had a wonderful experience working with David but Scott Stanley gave her the same run around when she traded in her vehicle this past month at another dealership. At this point, Nissan is an absolute embarrassment to me and the ones I referred and I will never step another foot in Kraft Nissan. Hopefully David Tompkins will move to another dealership where I’ll have the pleasure of working with him again because I have nothing but awesome things to say about him. Kraft Nissan does not deserve someone so friendly and outgoing working for them! Good luck Kraft Brothers. ✌🏼

    Gets you on each warranty and everything then the time comes and all that extra money the warranty doesn't cover it.... like don't sale a vehicle without the company making sure everything is working as if it was a new car.. and replace anything before it's purchase so you know the next customer is safe. I have purchased many cars from here... but never again and I will make sure to tell people to go else where and I will be bring my car back to them and never by a nissan again

    So I bought this Nissan Sentra because I was desperate for a new car and they kept pressuring me with new deals and such. At one point I was considering trading in my car and they took my keys. When I wanted to leave they kept my keys even after I repeatedly asked for them back. I had to walk up there make them give it to me. Then after a long day I decided to go with the car. At the end of the experience they tried to Up sale me 36 month bumper to bumper insurance and GAP insurance, but Cody Kraft failed to tell me that GAP insurance was already included! I took the deal and later found this out. Now I just found out there is a recall on the vehicle! When I came into Nissan I told them I wanted to buy a NEW car, but somehow I came out with a used one. I have buyers remorse now and I don’t look back on the experience as positive. Be weary of the car salesman, they will try to get you! This is probably the worst decision I have made in my life. This car was not worth it at all in fact two weeks after I bought it the cruise control and distant sensor stop working. I want to get this fixed and waited five hours for my car only to find out that the problem was never even fixed. They were lying to me they said that I will be out in two hours and it took five they said that the technician was driving and test driving my car but he never dead if he had done that he would’ve found out that the problem was still happening

    We always want our Customers to have The Very Best experience when purchasing a vehicle, whether it be new or pre-owned. We are sorry to hear you are having buyers remorse. When our customers come in to purchase a vehicle we always do a trade appraisal if trading is a consideration. For this trade appraisal the salesperson does hand off the keys to a manager for that appraisal. We also put together options for our customers for a new vehicle and pre-owned if they are interested in both options. Once a vehicle purchase has been agreed upon, the last step is to finalize any financing options that can give service/warranty coverage and Gap coverage. This last step of the purchase does give most customers peace of mind.

    Our Nissan Armada wouldn't start at a local business (no not the battery). I called Kraft Nissan Service (where we purchased the vehicle from) the next day and was told that there were "no appointments available". Great to be a customer. Guess once they get your money...why bother.

    Austin took great care of me and my car. I brought it in because my tire sensors weren't registering. While troubleshooting, he discovered that one of the tires had a nail. He got it patched up and had the sensor problem fixed. I haven't had another issue with them. I'm really grateful.

    When I arrived Amy, the Service Consierge, and another gentleman employee pulled up on the tablet the appointment I made online and let me know that my Service Advisor would be John. I typed out online that there was a Hood Latch Recall that needed completing, I needed my gear shift examined, and there were some other things from the last visit that I needed serviced. I also let Amy know that I forgot to put down that my driver's window was not working and she put that in the tablet as well....so I thought. I sat for 2 hours before John came and said anything to me about my vehicle which was upsetting because there were people who arrived after me and were leaving before me with their services completed and nobody ever came and said anything to me. When John finally came and talked to me he was in a hurry stating that he was on the phone with a warranty company for another customer and gave me a quote for only my gear shift and let me know that the part would have to be ordered and I would have to bring my car in the next day. I do not live in Tallahassee; I live an hour away so that was another inconvenience. When I asked about the other services, John blamed me saying that I never told him about any of the other issues which was confusing to me when Amy and the other gentleman saw it. I was very unhappy and cancelled the ordering of the part for the gear shift and left without having anything done to my vehicle.

    WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! Went in for AC repair and an oil change, and they told me the specific part needed to repair my AC and wanted charge $1200 for the service. I looked up the part that I needed and found it for about $50 at the higher end. Not to mention they charged me nearly $200 just to find the issue. They also had a giant scary list racking my total up to $3000. Avoid if you can Update: my wife kicked the glove box and AC has been working perfectly ever since.

We do have a $150 diagnostic fee, which provides a Nissan certified technician to inspect and determine the cause of your issue. We did provide a free multi-point inspection on your vehicle, which we do with all vehicles. Due to the mileage being over 100k there are usually maintenance items and repairs that are suggested beyond basic maintenance. The items recommended are shown by what may be critical or just suggested to maintain optimal care and longevity for your vehicle. One of the highest recommendations will always be safety.

    To my knowledge they fixed some things I needed. I spent a lot of money but my car was still whistling. I could only tell they replaced the breaks. Also, my door screw was loose and they didn’t tighten that up.

    Usually the waiting time is twice of what the service person says. In the last visit, it breaks the record. I waited for 3 hours for just oil change (no tire rotation). I didn't get explained after 2 hours, so I checked them twice, otherwise it would be 4 hours. Good luck!

    I went in for transmission service, truck was also logging a code that was intermittent. I ask to have inactive codes pulled and checked. they did not and said that there was not active code then. From the time the code is active and i can get an appointment it will not be active. I just request the code to be pulled and they were not.

    Update: Took my my 2020 Altima in for maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) and to have my driver tire patched (slow leak). My car drove fine prior to bringing it in. I noticed after my visit, my driver tire was making a clicking noise. I took it back for a second look and they greased the bearing, but it didn't resolve the issue. I'm not sure what happened between the tire rotation and patching the tire, but I am disappointed. I had a 3rd appointment to come back in, but haven't had time to. I know my tire warranty was in question during the second visit, but I'm not sure why it would need to be used when my I had no issues with my front end prior to my initial appointment. Again, my car was driving fine. I have been hesitant to even bring my car back to them considering the issue wasn't resolved the first time around. Working with Chris Hesch was an exceptional experience. I was originally interested in purchasing a pre-owned 2019 Altima. Chris contacted me via text and I gave him my information. I was upside down in a vehicle I purchased after filing a bankruptcy two years prior and was looking to get out that horrible deal. I knew upfront that my bankruptcy could affect my chances at getting approved so I wasn't expecting a miracle but it was worth a try. A day later Chris contacted me and advised me that purchasing a new car with a rebate on top of the incredible trade offer would be my best option. I went to visit Kraft the same day. Visiting a dealership with small children is a challenge but he was very friendly and made sure my family and I were comfortable. I test drove a 2020 Altima and was given my payment and interest rate, but sadly the banks weren't fond of my discharged bankruptcy. Chris told me he would see my soon and to keep working on my credit. Days later I contacted Chris to see if Kraft could just buy my car from me and I pay the difference of what is owed to my finance company. That's how bad my deal was. He told me he would try to see if he could work something out. Let's just say I visited the dealership that same day and drove off the lot with my brand new Altima!! Not only did Chris work his a** off to get me approved but my interest rate was less than half of what my original one was and my payment was acceptable for my credit and affordable. Curtis the finance manager was also great, they worked together to make this happen. He was very friendly with a good sense of humor. Out of all the cars I've purchased, I'm very satisfied with this deal and car. Kendra in service is also very friendly and had my Kraft package taken care of in a timely manner! Thank you guys!!

    I called with a wiper not working on a new van with 3500 miles. You can hear the motor, but no wiper movement. It is a work van and wipers are a must. Sara answered and told me they would do their best to work it in and scheduled an appointment for the next available time slot....3 days away. I arrived and the service advisor I was assisted by asked me to describe problem. Then Aaron checked it out, went and got a tool , and then FIXED THEM ON THE SPOT....

    I seem to run a phalynx of very rude people on the phone until I tell them that Peter Kraft suggested I work with Mike See (spelling may be totally incorrect). Mike always makes things right, but there is very little communication with customers - I brought my car in for work and they did the work, but never gave me an estimate for the work before completing it, over-extending my budgeted amount. I don't think the customer there stands a chance with customer service, why I probably wouldn't buy a car there (and this is my THIRD Nissan) and give anyone who asks about my experience there the caveat that I have been consistently treated rudely by just calling the service department, including being hung up on.

    For the 2nd time in a row, these gentlemen took sure how great care of me. I know as women we tend to feel that if we don't have a husband, a dad or a brother or at least some man with us that a mechanic is going to throw jargon at us and will take us to the cleaners. But I have to say that Kraft Nissan took Incredible care if me. They even looked over my warranty and let me know it was expiring soon and to schedule a full check up to make sure things were at tip top level. Best place in town. Cole and Ralph took the best care of me.

    Service is done well. They are quick to please you if something isn’t right. Not so happy this trip. Big service bill because my services were not done on intervals. I always ask this to be checked & researched on every oil change. My oil changes are done faithfully at 5000 miles or very close.

    My review is for an attempted purchase at this location. We were looking for a 2021 Nissan Sentra SR. This dealership had 1 and we scheduled a test drive. We arrived for our scheduled test drive and it had been sold. We understood and went to other dealerships to see some others we were interested in. Sales manager called and said if we came back they could get us one. Went back and spent HOURS negotiating the numbers. I had to forcefully decline the Kraft care package at least 4 times before they removed it from the purchase order. As the customer, I am acutely aware of my needs and circumstances. If I say I do not want it, just remove it. How many times do you need to hear no? After negotiation, paperwork was signed and I was told to add the new car to my insurance for pickup the next day. I did go ahead and add it. At 5pm the following day we received a call that the car we were supposed to pick up was sold. This make 2 cars sold from under us. This was after a sizeable down payment was made. My advice for anyone looking to purchase here, make sure you READ everything. Eat before you go so you have a clear head, because you will need it for the negotiation. When we got an itemized purchase oder the price listed was almost $2k higher than the MSRP on the website. The kraft care was factored in. There was GA state tax and a $900 dealer fee plus some other undisclosed "taxable" fees. Make sure your sticker price has not been jacked up on the purchase order before you talk about ANYTHING else. Get the sticker price right first. Then decide if you will actually use the Kraft care. If so, it's worth it. It is only valid at this dealership. This is separate from the lifetime warranty. If you plan to move or know you will not use it, MAKE THEM TAKE IT OFF. This will take a lot of firmness and repetition on your part. Figure out other fees and after all that is straight, THEN talk about your trade. They will lowball like ANY dealer, so ask for higher than what you want to get what you actually want out of it. We did NOT purchase here due to the poor service and communication. Honestly we are glad the deal fell through. We learned from it and could appreciate an honest, upfront dealership after this experience. Our salesman, Doug, was perfectly pleasant. We took issue with management and their decision to pretend a deal was a sure thing and to wait until we were about pickup to let us know there was nothing to pick up. The hours of negotiations on numbers was unnecessary. Do not visit here unless you have done your research and are ready to stand your ground.

    This time, (and I have now seen this pattern on the last few visits) I make an appointment, drop my car early in the morning (in this last visit my appointment was for 8am, and I dropped the vehicle the night before). The day goes by and I do not get any feedback on what is happening, is the problem fixed, what is been done until 4 to 4:15pm as I am starting to wonder if I am going to have a car to go home. If I need to make arrangements to go home or to the dealer to pick up my car. It feels as if the approach is this guy left the car with us so we can wait until the last minute possible to work on it.

    On a Saturday afternoon (2.3.2018), "on my way to Sam's," I stopped at the dealership to see if a vehicle had been placed on the lot yet (I had been "stalking" it on the web site). It had not. Jacob Salomon, located it; retrieved the keys and we headed out for a test drive. Throughout the entire sale/bargain process, Jacob remained positive, helpful, cheerful, and focused. Teamed with Jack Bennie and Joe (in finance), I was driving away in less than three hours later. Since then, Jacob has been instrumental in assisting us in smoothing the closing process; having a second key (obtainable only from the manufacturer) made; and continuing to ensure that we are completely satisfied with our purchase. It is extremely likely that we will continue to monitor the inventor at Kraft Nissan and utilize Jacob's services and assistance. (If he can only find that Ford F150 EcoBoost I'm looking for....)

Seeing familiar faces is important to me. I miss seeing other service advisers that were around prior to COVID-19. Hopefully, they are doing well.     I went in for recall service on my hood latch -- it had not quit working but the catch was perhaps a bit looser than it should be; the new latch works perfectly; I was in and out of there in relatively good time; the staff was courteous; the facility was immaculate!
