Lady, Debbie, was very rude, very judgemental, and invasive. Looking at the other reviews I am surprised she still has a job there, clearly Koster does not care about the reviews of their customer since she is still employed there. Will not visit this location or another Koster due to the experience with this one employee. Speaking with Tim over the phone he was pleasant but the negative impact far outweighs that small moment. Koster Loans you really should work on training your associates to demonstrate better. Customer Service. If I could leave no stars I would. Horrible pick another business.

I've been going to this location for years and wanted to leave a more positive review. I've been working with Tim, Debbie and Francesca in those years and haven't had anything short of great customer service. Whenever life came up and I needed some cash to help out Kosters has been there. You get a friendly phone reminder when payment is due and if you ask for a couple days extension on a payment you get no hassle. The people taking my payment over the phone were always very friendly and quick at their job as well. I don't have to walk in and feel embarrassed I need to borrow money and that's the reason I'll continue to come back. Tim even greets me by name after not having seen me for months, outstanding guy. If you're looking for help be kind and take your business here.

Tim ,has a disgusting attitude very rude no help at all ! I do not recommend this kosters to ANYONE ! Very unprofessional.

Xzerosnake90 is completely on point with his assessment of Debbie and Tim. They couldn't be more helpful and professional and, yes, they do rrmrememmy name when I walk in or call. I have felt more welcome in any establishment than I do here! To those who leave negative comments on here, for whatever reason you can't get what you want, don't take what they tell you. It's very likely their hands are tied. They have to answer to someone, just like you do at your job!

I don't usually write bad reviews, but this was so bad, I can't belive how awful this place is. I don't remember her name, I belive it was Debbie. This lady refused to help me with anything. I'm not going into details, but she yelled at me, made me feel like I was bothering her, insulted my intelligence, and got really nasty with me. What's even more crazy is that she was the only one working this morning and refused to let me in the building. Like seriously, place is opened, doors locked, I rang the door bell and she's hiding behind her desk.... If I even thought about doing some of these things at my job, I would be fired. If you don't like your job, then don't work there.

Lady was very rude, terrible service. Would not recommend going here.
