The drive thru wait time needs to be fixed and they would get 5 stars. Always polite and friendly but I'm literally the first person in the stall and had to wait 15 min to get waited on. I understand being understaffed but there are 3 people back there. It's frustrating when it makes you late for other things because you didn't account for your long wait time!

The amount of time someone has to spend in the drive through is insane. It is ALWAYS packed and it seems like no one of authority cares enough to fix it. Im very close to switching banks because of this...

A++ Customer Service. I along with many other family members have accounts with K.C.U. Katrina R. most recently helped me through the auto loan process and processed my loan efficiently and seamlessly. As far as the other reviews about bad customer service, not receiving their newly issued cards, and the drive through wait times. Any bad customer service were most likely isolated incidents but I would not consider those reviews a true reflection of K.C.U. As far as waiting in the drive through, patience is a virtue...you might as well leave a review for Walmart as well. They have 25+ checkout lanes available yet only have two active and open.

The loan application was very smooth and straight forward. Katrina kept me informed the whole time throughout the process about what was happening. She was very knowledgeable and professional in her dealing with me. Very painless and quick.

My card is about to expire and they told me they sent a card that never came. Then they told me they had to cancel my current card and I wouldn’t have it for 7-10 business days or I could pay 80 dollars to have it there sooner. Even though I’ve called three times and they’ve told me it was still coming each time. The lady on the phone never even attempted to help me or make things right. Now I have bills to pay and I’m gonna have an even harder time paying them. Thanks for looking out for me Kohler credit union.

I've been a member of Sheboygan Kohler Credit Union for 20 plus years. If I have any complaints, and I do have just one, it would be the insane amount of time that I waste in the drive thru. The customer service is always great, everyone is polite and helpful inside and outside... but the drive thru has the potential to ruin a woman's day at times.

All I have to say is kcu needs to keep their customers and make them happy. I’ve been waiting patiently for my new card due to it expiring but never received it. I missed one phone call that they had attempted and because I didn’t call back, destroyed my new debit card. I didn’t lose or it wasn’t stolen. Kcu destroyed it and expects me to pay for it. Bogus customer service. Not a people bank. More situations throughout the years but this one did it iced the cap. Will not be banking here anymore.

They have automatically found and stopped fraud twice now. One was caught before it went through the other was fully refunded. Both times they notified me within hours.No real issues for me since 2002. Drive thru can be slow but it is more due to how many members they have.
