Cash Store S Business Dr, Sheboygan

Went in to get a loan today, I'm not a new customer just got done paying off a loan using the same card I always do. But the guy working don't know how to do the job because I used this card to get loan and pay off. So I just gave up and won't go back.

Definitely a fantastic place! Charita was super helpful and professional. She gave fantastic customer service, talked to us about all we needed to know from payments, to the referral program. She interacted with our son, answered all of hour questions, walked us through every step and never leaving us in the dark, and worked quickly and efficiently. Definitely a perfect place to go when you need cash fast.

I came here seven months pregnant out of desperation between paychecks when I needed the money but didn't have it. It was amazing how fast they helped me & took less than an hour to get me some money. As long as you make sure you have all the documentation they ask for you will definitely get approved! Couldn't be happier with the service they provide & I would highly recommend it for small short term loans!!

They don't do electronic payments. When I took out the loan I was told they did payments over the phone if I was not able to come in. The day before payment was do I was giving a courtesy call and I asked again just to be on the safe side and was told "it's fine as long as there is a payment being made". I called to make a payment and now they don't collect payments over the phone. I wish I knew this before hand, so I could of took my business else where

Went in to make a payment there was one person working and working on a new application which takes her an hour and there were 2 others in before us waiting I do belive to make a payment. They expected us to sit and wait for god knows how long when we have places to be. Not to happy with customer service there they could in the mean time take payments in between doing application or hire more people.

Charita is professional and personable and is always so welcoming. Doing business with the ladies in this store couldn't be a better experience! Charita & Kayla are efficient, kind, and knowledgeable when filling us in on all the important info. Business is always quick & easy. We definitely would recommend this business!!!

I had to get a emergency loan and it was 30 minutes before closing but they were willing to work with me and they were super friendly and fast! Thank you Charita and Kayla for your professionalism and kindness and patience! I highly recommend this place!

Going to a “quick cash store” is never really something you WANT to do. But sometimes life brings you a tough time, or you just need help between paychecks. Whatever your situation is, if you find yourself in need of a service like this- the Cash Store has the best customer service hands down!

Charitas very easy to talk with and gave us an easy and quick loan. I definately plan on returning!
