Incredible dealership that I would recommend to family and friends. We purchased a used Ram 1500 from out of state (twin cities, MN) and was astonished by the exceptional service we received from Brad Paddock. He was always prompt with my questions, follow-ups, and made it a seamless purchase for our vehicle. At the end of the day Kocourek gave a competitive price in addition to a straight forward purchase experience. I highly recommend Rhinelander Honda. After shopping for other brands, I was greeted enthusiastically by Brad Paddock who immediately showed me the Honda CR-V AWD. It was love at 1st sight; it met all my needs for safety, drivability, and style. The test drive sold me and I bought it the same day. I received nothing but respect and courtesy from every member of the Honda team and highly recommend them. BTW...a terrible early winter ice and snow storm came up while I was at the dealership. Brad strongly recommended that I not drive over 45mph (with my front-wheel sedan) on the way home. Lots of cars and trucks in the ditch but I made it home without incident. Thanks Brad!

I bought a Nissan, and a bit over a year later, that dealership closed. I got a call from Rhineland Honda shortly after, inviting me to have my service work done there. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, and I've been going there ever since. Nothing but good to say about this dealership! I've really grown to trust them, and they don't try to sell me things I don't need. Nice folks too.

Everyone was polite and extremely helpful. I haven't purchased a vehicle on my own for several decades and the guys were patient. They addressed issues before I thought of them. They followed up with phone calls and emails and didn't try to talk me into extras. The guys assessed my vehicle needs and made appropriate suggestions.

Clean cars, good people. Our experience was very good. The car we wanted to look at was detailed, and ready for our inspection. The sales person was knowledgable and knew the car well. Explaining the features and how to use them. We were able to drive a couple of cars and compare. They were willing to negotiate so we could keep within our budget. The buying experience was easy and we took our time and did not at any time feel pressured.

My experience at Rhinelander Honda was excellent! I live 2 hours away but they won me over with their outstanding service and pricing. Their online sales team replied immediately to my inquiries and were very helpful. I drove there to order a car and expected a long wait, as the exact model I wanted is hard to find (Fit Sport with a manual transmission). But they managed to track one down at another dealer in the exact color I wanted! It was delivered promptly, they installed all the options I wanted, and had it ready for me in a week! Brad Paddock provided excellent help, with frequent updates throughout the process. They gave me an incredible price too. I highly recommend Rhinelander Honda!

I bought a new Fit from Rhinelander Honda over the summer and just had my second experience with their service team. Once again they were excellent. At my first appointment they installed some accessories I added on, and the latest visit they replaced the dashboard lens that had some minor scratches when I bought it. They took care of this for free and I bet I wasn't even there a half hour. I appreciate the excellence of this dealer!

First timer shopping for vehicles from a dealership! Drove through quite a few lots and this is the first place where someone actually came out to see if I had any questions. That was a major factor in me buying a vehicle, let me tell you. Mike was fantastic. I felt like he was being honest with me and really took my needs/wants into consideration. He answered my billion questions with ease and made me feel welcomed. I felt like I got the best treatment despite being a female and shopping alone. I did have to get my husband to "approve" my potential new purchase so I did leave the dealership with information in hand. Brought my husband back with me later and even he liked how Mike treated us. I am very well pleased with my overall experience, especially Mike. I cannot say enough about how he treated me. Good guy. Please ask for him when you go there. Side note: buy when they mark down their vehicles to the no hassle pricing. It knocked off three grand on me new to me Jeep! I had done my research of this same Jeep and the price I paid was a much lower than others I had found. Extremely happy customer.

The thing I most like about dealing with the folks at Rhinelander Honda is that they are so very professional. No time is wasted waiting for service. The problem with my vehicle was diagnosed, I received a phone call telling me about it and then another phone call informing me the problem was fixed. I have complete confidence in their work.

We called and made an appointment to test drive the pilot we were interested in and Patrick said he would be happy to help us. We were almost a hour late to meet with Patrick but he said not a problem as we were very busy at home. Patrick had the three vehicles waiting and ready for us it was very nice as we had an appointment after.We took the pilot for a ride and liked it very much the ride was comfortable and spacious . Needless to say we took it home. Love are Honda. Patrick sold us our Honda CR-V as well and we had No problems. The other Honda Employees were also very kind

Terrible dealership. They are big time liars. Bought a 2013 Honda Fit when gas was going through the roof with 140K on it. Was sent a card from dealership asking if I’d sell my vehicle because of used car shortage. Was told too many miles but when buying the car was told by PAT the salesman good for 300K sound car. Low balling S.O.B.’S plus no service on Saturdays not customer friendly u less your wallet is open. They suck. One and done. NEVER again . Lost my trust

This is one of the best places I've ever worked. My coworkers were friendly, everybody treated me like family, there were frequent days of pizza or ice cream bought for the employees by the staff. As an employee I was able to meet a lot of the customers who were satisfied with their experience there, which made mine better. I also got approved for my beautiful 2014 F150 there. I'd recommend this place to anyone

I've probably had service at Rhinelander Honda at least a dozen times, have always been well treated. Because of the number of items that needed attention, I sat it the waiting area for almost 4 hours. It allowed me to read 1/2 of a 400 page book, but it also let me see how the staff treated other customers. All ways with respect and kindness and one in particular was Caleb with an elderly gentleman with the comment "your car is fixed, or adjustment made, and there is no charge to you." Don't hear that very often. 5 years ago I had a problem with the air condition and the repair was going to be expensive and Caleb asked if I had any extended insurance coverage - I said yes but did not have the insurance policy with me and thought it was expired or was about to. Caleb asked where I bought the car and I told him and he called that dealership and got the ins policy number and called the ins co and it was still good and I only had to pay the $100 deductible. Now that's going the extra mile.

I recently bought a great vehicle, a 2020 Mazda CX-5 from Rhinelander Honda and I couldn't be more happy with the experience! The salesman Brad was wonderful with the car buying process. Wonderful, the best customer service, professional, kind and helpful. Up front, no hidden charges and ask/update about work that would need to be done and do not do work unless authorized by owner. Best place for vehicle service because they care and are honest; which is the an amazing quality in a automotive service department. Definitely recommend over others. We recently looked at a used 2016 car with low mileage at Kocourek Honda in Rhinelander. The salesman told me that they check out the cars before listing them and that he drove it before we took it for a test drive. In less than a block I could hear clunking sounds from the front end and very obvious issues with the breaks. It is unlikely that they drove or inspected this car before listing it. Based on my experience I would be very cautious about buying a used car from this dealership.

Excellent experience. I didn't have an appointment. I didn't know what was wrong with the car it was making a very strange noise. The service man checked my trunk to see if there was anything in there rattling around, nope. Checked a few other things, took his camera under the car and he spotted my shock dangling in the wind. Funny I just had new shocks put on 6 months prior. He wanted to put my car up on the rack but it would be 2 hrs before he could do that so I was given a loaner car so I could shop. Upon my return they told me what I needed and gave me a loaner to get myself home. Two days later my car was ready, I asked them to save the parts so I could take them back to the place that did the first repair and received a picture of the damage while on my car. I'm still waiting for the refund I requested from the first repair. I won't hold my breath. I'm very pleased with Rhinelander Honda's service.

Brad Paddock was truly amazing with helping me find a car that best fit my life style. He showed me many cars that he thought would peek my interest and took his time to make sure I found the one I absolutely loved. Even after buying my 2020 cr-v he followed up with me days after and made sure I still loved it. This just shows how much he cares about his customers.
