    I stopped in Tuesday afternoon to test drive a truck. I was told I had to wait for a management meeting to end so they could get the keys that were apparently in the management room. The sales staff insisted they couldn't interrupt. I waited and finally test drove the truck. I said I was interested and that they would have a trade offer to me later that night or Wednesday morning. I was left a voicemail late Wednesday night about my trade after inquiring Wednesday afternoon. I called them back Thursday morning shortly after they opened and was told someone purchased the truck I wanted. I don't feel I had a very positive experience with Kocourek. Not sure what I did wrong here. I felt I was very patient with them. If you have a customer in the process of a purchase you probably shouldn't sell the vehicle they are looking at.

    Had another wonderful experience with the Service Crew at the Rhinelander Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Dealership. Took my Jeep Renegade in to have it's "info entertainment " system checked out for a minor " glitch " with the screen. Long story short, I now feel Very Confident driving my vehicle to Florida, as I am Depending on the Navigation system getting me to my Vacation Destination. Thank you for being so knowledgeable !!

    This dealership and Matt H., the salesman, were excellent! It was the easiest car purchase I've ever done. Went on a nice long test drive and the salesman showed me how to work all the bells & whistles this Jeep had to offer! The whole process was easy dealing with the professionals at the dealership!     Brought my truck in for a repair on leather seat. The seat wore out and tore even though I rarely use the backseats and never put anything back there. You can tell the seat wore and cracked along the pin holes that are in the leather seats. You can also see other parts of the seat are wearing out already. Additionally it's taken weeks to hear back with any response. It's sad that you can spend $60k on a new truck and with less than 16,000 miles the seat wears out and neither Ram or the dealership will help or stand by the quality.

    I traded in my old vehicle and ended up buying a 2014 Audi A4 from Rhinelander Chrysler and the service I got was more than excellent. The vehicle I was interested in looking at was at a different dealership and my salesman, Sean, ensured that it was to Rhinelander within 2 days so I could test drive it and look at it for myself. I ended up getting an outstanding price for my old vehicle, which was more than I expected, and Sam was able to set up the payments for my new vehicle perfectly within my budget so I didn’t have to worry. Every employee that I’ve dealt with there has been extremely patient, friendly, and helpful. Very professional staff and I’m in love with the vehicle they set me up with. 10/10 would recommend 👏🏻👏🏻

    I was very pleased with the ease of making my appointment to have a recall done on my Jeep, Victoria took the time to check parts availability and time it would take to complete repairs, and then called me back to schedule appointment after parts confirmation and got me in quickly.     Scott at Rhinelander Chrysler was very helpful with the purchase of our 2020 Jeep Renegade. We took the one we wanted on a test drive with Scott and he was very good at explaining the vehicle to us and answering our questions.     I am interested in buying a new truck, I stopped at Rhinelander Chrysler to explore some options.     So, as i was reading some of the comments on here most of them are going through the same issues I'm going through. so i traded in my 2007 Chrysler 300 V8 Hemi loved my car. for a 2011 used ford Taurus and the other car is used had lower miles then my car like 20 thousand miles less and they charged 9,999 for the 2011 ford and so as they pulled up the car the driver side headlight was foggy couldn't see at night when driving home from work the first night. i pointed out all the stuff wrong with the vehicle before buying it and they said it would be taken care of and it wasn't. so i called them the next day to asked them to fix it, they told me there was nothing they could've done till after the 45 days, plus there was a busted tail light asked them about that, didn't get anything back. when i took it for a test drive the wheel bearings were bad you can hear it when driving i couldn't even go over 60 if i was to go on the inner state which is kind of scary i haven't even took it anywhere to far just only for work and back home. so i called and asked to have it looked at and they asked me to bring it in and i did they gave me a loner til they figured out what was wrong with it and they did, a week later told me what was all wrong but they said there's nothing they can do because of the 45 days thing they do there so I'm like ok so i have to drive like this what if something happens i can barely see anything at night i could hit a deer and hit something else like its scary they just told me sorry cant do anything so i came out of pocket for new wheel bearings on the right side and new breaks and rotors all the way around and new headlights which was really expensive. but yet i still have to get the left side wheel bearings done and when i asked them how much it was to get wheel bearings done they told me 250 and up and that's not including the labor i was like what about my coverage of the high miles on the vehicle i thought it said it was covered? they told me its only a deductible i was really upset and once again decided to just do it myself got the part for WAY less then they were charging that's for sure. just to get the part and labor to do 1 wheel bearing they where charging me over 400 bucks. so again i asked about my coverage and they just told me after the 45 days it will be covered so after the 45 days was up i called them and they told me that it wasn't covered. basically i should've just stayed with my car i had at least i new what was fixed on it and not be blind sided by this new/used one. i don't feel to good about this vehicle i feel like when i was talking to one of the sales men there that got me the car wasn't trying to help me either i was calling to ask questions about my contract and all that but that 1 salesman was never available, left a message never returned my call back or anything i had to talk to a different person each time i called it was getting sicking at this point to where i stopped calling and just started fixing it myself. and with my interest rate being 28 percent is pretty sicking from what I'm hearing from a lot of people when they are asking me what i pay interest. With All of this being said i feel like I'm a blind folded sheep being lead into a pack of wolfs I'm not getting the help i need nor is anyone available when i call it just sucks it really does with this COVID stuff going on and wondering if the car i got from you guys is going to break down on me any/every day is pretty sad how i have to think like that when driving this vehicle. so i hope this helps someone who goes here just be careful what your getting yourself into. it seems like your sales men would be more happy to help people buy new vehicle's and help them when they need it, but us people that buy used vehicle's get put on the back burner. which is not right and not equal. And the communication is bad as well. And this is my first time going through a dealership EVER, and for this being my first experience, this is beyond bad.

    Found a great deal for a Jeep, only a year old for around 14 grand. Called and set up an appointment and even brought a car in for a trade. When shown the car the gentleman showing the car was particularly monotone, just figured he was tired, not a big deal but wanted to make a note of it. Instead things went down hill when it was time for the paper work. Note that I was pre-approved by our bank. Something we told them. When shown the warranties as a component they shown us two banks, one was Co-vantage and ours. On the paper our bank was looking for 428 a month while Co-vantage was offering 312. The warranties were similar but the cheapest one added almost 2 grand to the price. He made it sound like I had to pick from the options on the paper. So we went for the cheapest set up. Then came the contract, he made sure to show the initial cost, 14 grand, the warranties, 2 grand and trade in on our car. What he didn't show us was the fees and other costs. I noticed a number though stating well over 18 grand and he told me this is the cost pointing at the 14. In the end I signed and things were done. Me and my wife were happy. Until the next day. I just happened to go to my bank and the loan manager for my account asked me about my purchase. Being curious about their offer shown to us I asked about it. She looked at me like I had a worm sticking out my ear. She asked me to come to her office were she showed me the offer in their system, the offer the dealer ship would have seen. 289 a month, not 428. The loan manager asked to see the contract and when I brought it to her the same day she noticed that it was overblown with warranties. Our loan was actually 19,122 or so. That's right, we went in for a 14,000 car as advertised and ended up with a 19 grand loan. They didn't even give credit for the value of the trade in. It was shown but just not added in. After being told no I don't have to even add warranties and others I was shocked and felt conned. My bank offered to re-finance immediately and that's what we did. We got refunds for the warranties and applied some our bank offered that were better. The dealer ship was at first a little obstinate but in the end they cooperated with the re-finance. After our bank got done we ended up owing just a little over 15 grand. Note that we never got the money for the trade in. I figured that because of how close this came to legal action it was a close enough win so I didn't bother. This shouldn't have happened. We were misled and got over charged 5 grand over advertised price. Be care full future consumer. Note that I don't thing Co-vantage new or played any part in these events. They were very cooperative during the process. I believe things were set up to increase commission and sales alone.

    Purchased a used vehicle from this dealer, and on the day of the sale, left the lot feeling good. Since then, the vehicle has been nothing but issues. I bought a 2006, to replace an aged and worn out 1994, but to say the 1994 is the better of the two is an understatement. Since I purchased the vehicle around 4 weeks ago, it has had transmission issues that were somehow missed in inspection, and I have replaced the starter after getting almost stranded in a gas station parking lot. Truck is headed to a transmission shop on tuesday. Reaching out to the dealer, I get promises to call back, and never receive a phone call back, with the exception of once from Bob in service. I also purchased the extended warranty for the vehicle, but was told by Sam it covered more than it actually does. I was told it covered everything including wheel bearings and u-joints, but in calling the warranty company, I found out that it only covers internally lubricated parts. Oh, and that it doesn't take effect until around the 45 day mark, something that I was not informed of. Wish I did more research about this dealer before I purchased. I sincerely regret spending any money here.

    We have 4 tires put on our Town & Country mini van. The price was better than local tires stores. We also had oil change and they looked at a rattle. Very pleasant staff. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Will be returning in the future. Recommend them highly.

    Just had an unexpected visit to this dealership service center. Our check engine light came on so we quickly turned into the dealership. We had no appointment yet they made time to help us out and run a diagnosis. They even put our nieces ice cream birthday cake in the freezer so it wouldn’t melt while they checked out the vehicle. They went above and beyond and were very helpful and kind. Would definitely do business there again!

    DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! Purchasing my vehicle was super easy. Although when I brought my vehicle back in for a radio setting issue (Which they never fixed, go figure lol.) And another unexpected issue. They completely damaged the entire front inside of my vehicle (Pictures for proof) and the service department acted like it was my fault and gave me attitude and were rude. Completely unprofessional. The whole situation I was understanding and polite about because hey, things happen and no one is perfect and I thought maybe the mechanic is new and needs some help at his job. I got excuses after excuses after excises of we fixed the issues. We can't fix the issues, we can do this, we can't do that. (Even though Nissan said it could be done) the general store manager then decided to completely ignore me and not respond back to the damage that STILL needs to be repaired. I have proof to verify this. (Legal reasons) It's not worth the hassel going to this dealership, I've never regretted purchasing a vehicle more than I ever have in my life with this dealership. I had my vehicle less than two weeks and then they had it for ONE MONTH, damaged it, never fixed what I initially brought it back in for and refused to completely fix the damaged they did. That's not right. They damaged it and they need to fix it. Save yourself everything, time and hassel and just go to Rhinelander GM. I have the perfect salesman I can suggest who would never let any of this happen. I wouldn't even give this dealership one star.

I purchased a new 2019 ram, was given a great trade in value for my old truck and even got a few extras I wanted thrown in to make the deal.     I had a great experience! Came in last friday looking specifically for a Rebel edition Ram truck. Brandon met me at the door and was very helpful but not pushy the entire time. He was able to locate a fresh trade in Rebel that had not even hit the lot yet. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and answered all of my questions. He kept things going smoothly as we had to wait for my new truck to be cleaned and detailed since it hadnt hit the lot yet.     About 3 weeks ago I went in to take a look at a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I needed something more reliable that my half ton pick up truck. On that day, there was a 2011 Grand Cherokee that was a recent trade in. After looking it over and a test drive, Pat & the rest of the team were able to work some magic to allow me to drive off the lot with it.     A year ago we were stuck with a vehicle that was not doing the job for our family and one day we pulled into this dealership and were looking at price tags when a white 2018 ram 1500 caught my wife's eye. Sean our salesman helped us out with everything. He got us a good price on our trade and made sure we had no questions go unanswered. We decided to go with a lease because of how little miles we put on vehicles and Sean made sure everything was laid out in black and white. Seeing how some leases can be shady and as clear as mud Sean took his time to explain everything that could possibly be explained. My wife is very happy with her new truck and me being a Chevy guy, I in the near future will probably be making the switch to Ram.     I bought my car back in December and never thought it could look as amazing as it did the day I bought it... but Chase proved me wrong! I was happy as can be seeing my car looking shiny and new after having already put a few thousand miles on it :) Without a doubt, I will be returning again to have my car cleaned by the wonderful staff here!

    Everything was top notch. The salesman, Patrick Koffler was all over getting us a new truck immediately when we wanted it and sam went above and beyond to get the loan where we were comfortable. I just drove away with a brand new 2021 ram rebel and I absolutely love it! I would recommend this place for a new vehicle to everyone. The only place in rhinelander i would recommend.
