Just a horrible experience with a simple refinance closing. Multiple mistakes were made with forms, to the point were we had to go back again to complete. Jammed into a small interior closed room with dubious ventilation during a pandemic. The CDC recently changed its official guidance to note that aerosols are “thought to be the main way the virus spreads” and to warn that badly ventilated indoor spaces are particularly dangerous. Pick anyone else and stay far away ....

We just closed on our first home this past Friday, and it was all thanks to Mary Shutter's help. If it weren't for her patience and kindness, we likely would not have been able to close that day. She let us wait in our meeting room for several hours, despite the fact that she had other appointments that day, because there was an unexpected delay in getting our closing document sent over from the bank. She even stayed late to sign with us, as we did not leave until after 5pm and this was on a Friday! She was patient and encouraging while we were nervously waiting all day, and she was very informative and helpful when we finally were able to sign the documents. Thank you Mary!!
