Kiwanda Coastal Properties Cape Kiwanda Dr, Pacific City

We rented for 16 days the Westerly 121 in Kiwanda Shores. What a great experience from the beginning to the end. Kiwanda Coastal Properties was very easy to deal with and we had no issues at all with them. We loved the house so much, that we are going to try and rent it next years for a month. The house was in great condition and everything in the house was in working order, plenty of cups, glasses, towels, blankets and pillows. We were able to do our laundry and I was super impressed with how clean the house was. My wife vacuumed like 6 times to ensure that we kept the house clean and after our daughter left we cleaned the guest bedroom and her linens and towels. Our philosophy is, if you rent a great home, treat it like it’s yours.

We rented two houses for a family reunion and it was AMAZING! Bailey's place had everything we needed and more. the rooms were fantastic, the beds very comfortable, the great room truly great. Kiwanda Properties supplied a high chair and Pack-N-Play for the young one. checkin and out was smooth and everything in great shape.

When you make once in a lifetime memories, you only hope everything goes perfectly. Well, it did. I searched and searched for a place to have a family celebration. My parents were having their 65th wedding anniversary and also we did a baby reveal, their 1st great-grandbaby. We were all family and adults so the rooms were perfect and the space open and wonderful for visiting. Never turned on TV, just enjoyed the beauty of the pacific coast. It was cool weather but that doesn't stop the gratefulness of being together. I would love to stay in this home again but for now I just want to say thank you and I have lots of wonderful memories. Bailey's Place was roomy and equipped and the service from Kiwanda Coastal Properties made it so easy.

We just returned from a fantastic beach front retreat at Pellican's Place. Our stay could not have been better. The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of kitchen towels, bathroom towels, all appliances in good working order ... didn't need a thing. As a large group, we found this rental home a perfect fit for a group with plenty of sleeping choices and lots of bathrooms. Thank you so much Kiwanda Coastal Properties for always making our visits to Pacific City memorable. You are the absolute best!

This vacation rental company has been consistently great with rates, service, clean homes, and communication. They have a wide variety of rentals and offer discounts for week long bookings and rebooking. We’ve rented from them several times and always had a good experience.

Our stay at the Kiwanda Coastal home we rented for Thanksgiving was great !!!!! The house was very clean, (I own and operate a residential/commercial cleaning business) They provide everything we need. There staff goes out of there way to accommodate, as we had to leave a day early to attend a family funeral, and they were so very kind, and flexible with us checking out . We really appreciate their service, and we look forward to being back soon !!!

It was a pleasure staying at Bailey's place. The house was the perfect fit for our family to gather, play games, make great dinners inside and on the grill as well as take long walks on the beach, which was right outside the backdoor. Kiwanda Rental Properties was very responsive to our needs. We will for sure be back.

The home we stayed at (Beach Dreamer) was nice. It was modern, spacious, and had nice amenities including kites to use on the beach, big TVs, games for the kids, and a reasonably well-appointed kitchen. Unfortunately, at least three of the beds had not had their linen changed and were obviously dirty. But there were no extra sheets accessible in the house. We didn't notice the problem until late in the evening. The property manager was fairly responsive and offered to send someone to change them the next morning. But that wasn't going to help that night. But they did give us access to the locked custodial closet which contained some clean sheets so we were able to change them ourselves. The property manager refunded our cleaning fee to compensate, which seemed reasonable--though I would have preferred to simply have had clean beds. Two other gripes: Even though the house seemed generally clean, the high touch points in the kitchen were quite dirty. And there were no cleaning supplies whatsoever in the home other than soap--even in the locked closet, which was a bit disconcerting. We ended up buying some cleaning supplies at the nearby market.

Perfect location and had everything we needed! The beds were very comfortable and it was so cozy. Will be back next time we are in the area.

Great stay! Comfortable cabin with easy access to mostly empty beach and 4 state parks. Due to big mistake by 3rd party booking, we ended up working directly with Kiwanda Coastal, which turned out better than the original vendor. Some reviews note the closeness of this property to Sandlake Road. It is close, but you've got a private side yard, couldn't hear the road noise from the bedroom, traffic calmed nights and weekdays, and besides, the beach is calling. This is a beautiful section of Oregon Coast.

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving at the Dune Grass Cottage and it was wonderful! The kitchen was perfect for cooking and had the needed supplies. We enjoyed the beach being so close and had some fantastic walks. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Kawanda house #114. The view was magnificent. The house was very clean and inviting perfect for the four of us. It’s nice to get away during these crazy times we are living and waking up every morning to the spectacular view of Cape Kiwanda. The hot tub was well used during our stay and definitely was kept very clean prior to us arriving. We even watched a couple bald eagles fly at the beach front! We had a wonderful stay.

We were able to book this house on very short notice after our rental through another agency was unexpectedly cancelled. There were plenty of bedrooms (7) and space for the 10 of us to enjoy activities together or in small groups. Had a wonderful time!

We were very happy with our beach rental from Kiwanda Coastal Properties. The house was very clean upon our arrival and had everything we needed to make the house "our own" for the days we were there. Since we were there for a holiday weekend and during Covid we had no plans on going anywhere and this house made it easy for us to hunker down and be comfortable. Lots of room to spread out. Beach access was close, but the dune you have to climb is fairly steep. Would be tough with little kids or elderly/physically challenged folks. Communication with the rental group was great.

We had a great time at Neptune's Nest! It was a cozy and warm "home base" after our adventures on the beach. We had 7 people, filling every bed. We used the kitchen more than expected, because several restaurants were closed. The house was well stocked and everyone was comfortable. Thank you!

Though we have always had great experiences with Nicole and her staff, this property was over the top! My wife and I have stayed a dozen times with you and plan on bringing the whole family back again in June. See you soon!

We had a great time during our Labor day weekend getaway at this property. Even with the large number of people visiting Pacific City, this home was just far enough off the road to provide a calm and quiet oasis. Kitchen had everything we needed for making meals and the house was clean and well stocked with towels. There was construction on the neighboring house but the crew kept noise level down to minimum so it didn't cause any problems with our sleep (even midday napping). Would definitely book again.

We stayed at #175 la Playa Luna in Tierra Delmar. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home right on the beach. Great quiet location where there is no crowds on the beach. There were 3 couples and 1 baby in our group, plenty of room and amenities. I highly recommend the house. KCP is great to work with, as well.

Rental was very nice, and as described. House was very clean and sanitized as well. Only suggestion would be to provide some info for the TV, as it's not cable and a guessing game which apps provide free tv. Most did not. Anyway, we had to cut our trip short by 2 days and leave town due to bad wildfire smoke, but were refunded by Kiwanda, which was greatly appreciated. Plan to return to this rental in the future due to it being a great value and the professional staff at Kiwanda.

Beautiful new home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and in perfect order when we arrived; we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Kiwanda Coastal Properties.

We rented Bailey's Place from April 14 to April 19, 2021. Our experience was excellent. The house is as beautiful as the photos! It was clean and very comfortable (unlike an earlier review, I found the sofas very comfortable), the kitchen was large and had a wide variety of cooking ware (crock pot, blender, toaster, etc.). The beds were comfortable as well. We had read earlier reviews about pots and pans, so we brought a variety of our own to supplement whatever we might find there and used our own equipment mostly. We did bring a Keurig coffee maker, and were glad we had it. But unless you are cooking for a large number of people (we were two couples), we could have probably gotten by with what was there. The view was a surprise -- the photos did show a beautiful view, and that is what we had, but what we were unprepared for was the fact that the house sits atop a 20 foot (or so) sand dune -- you can slip/slide down pretty easily, but be prepared for a good thigh workout on the way back up! The only real issue was that the dishwasher was a bit temperamental and sometimes did not wash after we thought we had set it correctly. But eventually, we got it to obey our command. Kiwanda Coastal Properties was great, answered our questions, took note of the dishwasher issues, and were prompt in refunding our deposit. I highly recommend this property and Kiwanda Coastal Properties.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was good for what we needed. We loved the privacy of the property and the spaces inside and outside. The larger shower was difficult to get into and didn't offer good water pressure, but over all the space was good for our needs of 5 adults. Very nice for one level living. Kiwanda Costal Properties was professional, communicative, and responsive to our needs.

What a wonderful company! The office staff was terrific, and we loved the little home we stayed in. There were so many extras at the house including a portable crib for our granddaughter plus terrific books and games too. It was decorated just right for a "cozy cabin" and just a couple of blocks from the beach. Our family loved our time there!!

Perfect location for us, We can walk to beach, launch kayaks from back yard into river (It does take some work to get kayaks down to river). Big house has two kitchens and three bathroom, Was perfect for our stay (six people). House was clean, has heating and air conditioning. Has two Ruko TV's, took some time to figure out. Had a great time, this is the second time we rented this house. Kitchen had everything we needed. It is an older house that has been added on to, but it worked great for us. Will stay again.

This was a really nice place, as advertised, in a great location in Pacific City. Walking distance to Pelican Brewery and also the beach, so what else do you need? Very clean, and with a king-sized bed which is always nice. I would definitely rent from this company again.

We stayed at one of their rental properties, the Beach Bunkhouse, and it was excellent! The three floor layout gave all our family member the room to spread out and have some privacy and the top floor living/dining area (entrance level) gave us the ability to all congregate together. The rooms and beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for a large group. We grilled on the top deck BBQ and made use of the bottom floor hot tub. The teens like the foosball table and the multiple TVs allowed folks to watch whatever shows they wanted. The location is great with a good view of Chief Kiawanda Rock. There is a trail to the beach which is quite lovely and Pelican Brewing and restaurant is walking distance (or a quick drive) away. Notes: While the kitchen is well stocked if you are planning on cooking something specific you should probably bring pans for that. Next time we will bring a large fry pan and a griddle.
