I worked with an agent buying a house. Was frustrating how few answers the agent had to my questions. Felt like I had to do their job. When I was supplied information most of it turned out to be incorrect. From my experience I would not trust this company. After this I don’t take for granted a good agent because some can be useless.I’ll add that I felt like my agent wanted to push the deal through and was more aligned with the seller than myself. Whether or not that was the case I’ll never know but I was given that feeling. It all worked out in the end. 2 stars

We were purchasing from someone using this place and they were rude. Condescending and not willing to budge a bit. I have friends trying to buy one now thru them and same rude interactions. Not professional in my opinion. I personally would not use them.

    Response from the owner

Our clients are very important to us, Jonni, and we're sorry to hear this. Thank you for your review. We value all feedback.

This review is for Merry-Ann, I was trying to get information on a my dream piece of property this summer. I can't recall the last time I felt so poorly valued as a customer. This was my very first land/home purchase and I could not get ahold of her whatsoever. She did end up texting me when I was up scouting in the area but she was very vague and confusing in her responses to my questions about the property. She never returned a single phone call and then went completely MIA. Kent in the office did a really nice job of trying to help but ultimately he couldn't help me either. I ended up having to go through another realtor in town, what a joke!

    Response from the owner

I’m a renter in a home that is for sale,we were not aware the home was for sale when we moved in. My experience with a realtor from this company has insured that I will never ever use this company for any future business. The realtor was very rude upon coming in to our home, it made us feel very unwelcome in our own home and then she proceeded to contact our landlord saying that we were smoking in the house,I have never ever once smoked in the house, she then proceeded to tell and complain to the landlord about our 2 dogs, which we have promission from the landlord to have. We were nice and accommodating and put the dogs in the back yard so they could walk through the house without any issues. I also want to make a point that we allowed her to come in to our home without being given any notice of her showing up or that our house was even on the market. Terrible experience with this realtor to the point she is not welcome to come in to our home again. Hopefully she finds a job better suited for her because she’s horrible in dealing with people.

I was very impressed with the excellent service from all the staff I have dealt with at T&T Getting updates that show the number of views per month online was really helpful. Very professional photography and treatment of the ad for my property for sale. They are very helpful and always available for multiple questions I had. Fast reply to any emails.I think 5 stars is not enough!

I visited here the last time I was at Lincoln City, Oregon. The office is clean and inviting. The Realtor I spoke with was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. She even printed me out some of the places available. I really wanted to get a place but couldn't convince my husband. Now we can't afford it with covid, prices skyrocketing and influx of money from other states contributing.☹️

    Response from the owner

Rhonda, thank you for the four stars! We're thrilled to know that our team was able to provide you with efficient service, and that you had a positive experience with our real estate brokerage. If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. Have a great day.

Response from the owner Shawn in looking into this, The offer your agent presented on your behalf was quite low and did not include terms the Seller was looking for. It is only the Seller who determines what they will and will not accept, and how they respond to any offers not any agent involved. Wishing you all the best in your search for a home. I would like to comment on the response from the owner (included above). Our offer was low due to a misunderstanding on our part about the listing price. Once we received a message from your agent via our agent we understood the price and were under the impression, as advised by your office, that there would be a counter offer and a chance for us to increase our offer to meet the owner's expectations. That counter offer did not arrive that evening or the next day so our agent contacted your agent and was told "unless they are going to offer $460 or more they can forget it". We were made aware of this "side comment" from your office and were preparing to offer in line with our new understanding of the situation when, after our agent advised your office that we were prepared to offer, word came back from your office, offline, that our offer would just be rejected without any opportunity to offer the price sought by the seller. By the way, we met the seller and had a long conversation with him about the house. Based on my impression of the owner, he seemed to be a very honest and stable individual. I don't believe for a second that he's the one who's to blame for the unethical and erratic events we experienced. It remains our belief that your agent spotted an opportunity to double her commission and took advantage of it. There's a definite process that is supposed to be followed regarding offers and counter offers and your agent violated the protocol (and probably the law) in her quest for additional commission and in the process she did a disservice to her customer and to us.

I bought a house through Prudential. Eduardo was my real estate agent. I made a counter-offer for $10,000 less on the selling price which I was told was refused. After I had purchased the home anyways the previous owner came over to the house to meet & discuss the history of the home purchased. The previous owner said she was never presented with the offer which was said to have been refused according to Eduardo. I was an unusually young home buyer considering I was just out of high school. I trusted Eduardo & Prudential for honest transactions. I was so worthless to them that they were willing to have me pay $10,000 more so they could have the extra 6% gain on the $10,000. I never would have known this happened if the previous owner hadn't reached out to me.

    Response from the owner

We would like to apologize for your recent experience. We're sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with our service. We pride ourselves on our integrity and the high quality standards we maintain. We would like to make things right. Please give us call to discuss what occurred and how we might make it up to you.

I have never posted a negative review before but I am saddened by the actions of one of the brokers of this business who chose to sell a home based on how much commission she could get instead of the highest price she could get for the seller. Rejecting an offer instead of allowing the buyer to counter because she wrote up an offer that came in after ours and that would allow her to double her commission should be unethical.

    Response from the owner

Shawn in looking into this, The offer your agent presented on your behalf was quite low and did not include terms the Seller was looking for.
