Kitsap Credit Union S Meridian, Puyallup

Joyvonne was exceptionally helpful at this Meridian branch. She spent all the time needed to help with making online payments. Kitsap might want to modernize their online payment system. this would make Kitsap better than any other mainstream bank. Extremely ridiculous online payment system. I set up a payment that had an extra fee. It shouldn't cost anything to pay off credit card. The payment didn't go through because it said I didn't include fee. This is so unprofessional. Of course, I approved fee, but now payment late. I will payoff account ASAP and close it. Thanks KCU!

If I could give 0 star rating I would. This branch and this company is absolutely worthless. They have been screwing us over the entire time we’ve had a loan with them. They double charged us and then said they never got a payment. When they looked at the history of our loan they said they saw the double payment but their system didn’t recognize it so we still owed them a THIRD payment for the same month. Absolutely worthless. Do not use Kitsap if you can avoid it.

I find it absolutly ridiculous that they charge 10 to 15 dollars for a "convienance" fee to pay over the phone. Shame, shame on you. To push buttons in a different window. I call foul

This branch is amazing! The staff here are so friendly and the managers are patient, kind and willing to work through any situation. Highly recommend.
