I could tell he's extremely busy but that never stopped him from being prompt with getting back to us in a timely manner and addressing all our questions/concerns We experienced some unexpected final costs with our current lender which caught us by surprise. Chris, however, took the time to walk through all the numbers with us and explain all the available options.
