King Pawn Baltimore Ave, Beltsville

My 5 star rating is based on there large selection of used hand and power tools. There is always a good amount available for an excellent price. Also, the customer service has been great the 5 or 6 times I have paid this King Pawn a visit.

I've visited several pawn shops in the area. For most of them, it's a coin flip between whether the store will rob you or the area you're in. This pawn shop in particular is an outstanding store with a great location and incredibly helpful staff. It's really hard for me to not leave without a tool I've been looking for or some camera accessory my wife has been looking for. The only reason I'd ever rate this store with a low score is to scare off people from the amazing deals so I could have them all to myself. tl;dr Great store, great staff, great prices.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!! These people are thieves. I usually don't do this to businesses but I'm giving them a horrible review because their customer service sucks and they don't wanna do anything to improve their service!!! DONT GO THERE!!! They are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

This is the second time I've been to this place. The time before I brought my stuff and I had a drill combo set almost brand-new, a laptop. Both times the past and this time I come in and the staff is just sitting there talking to friends laughing and joking I'm staying in there for 20 minutes. Then they see me and without even looking at my stuff. They say I don't have a market for this I can't sell this I'll pass. Both times. I've been to several pawnshops they have sold many items. I've never had were service in my life. This store is an absolute joke!! How do you had not have a market for a laptop and a Dewalt combo kit. The laziest staff I've ever seen in my life

These people will steal your stuff and will lie to you and tell you that your account has been flagged when it really isn't and tell you false information

Google says they close at eight, I called at 7:10 am on May 31, 2017 and a woman answered, I proceeded to TRY and ask a question about they're store but she rudely interjected and told me to call back at 10 then ended the call, I Barley got a word in. Haven't even made it to the store and already don't want to do any buisness with their establishment
