Jessica was absolutely amazing in helping me to navigate refinancing my car! It was great to be able to go in and meet her in person as well. She took care of it all so quickly. I was so happy with my experience that I referred her to my brother and she helped him refinance his car the next day.

Edwin and the team surpassed what I expected from any bank I have ever done business with. I was not familiar with the process of obtaining credit, however, the team informed me with all I needed to know. Delbert McFarlane at the Westlake Village, CA Kinecta Branch was an absolute rockstar from start to finish with my auto loan. As soon as I sat down with him for our initial meeting I knew I was in good hands. He took his time to explain and even help educate me through the process since it was my first time buying a car. Having been signed to BofA when purchasing my vehicle I couldn't wait to switch to a credit union and truly be seen.
