My experience yesterday 7/10/2022, was a great experience! My car salesman Trent did an excellent job at assisting me and making sure I’m happy with what was going on. He asked all the questions, and wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for and I did, I bought a beautiful blue 2022 trailblazer RS!!! I recommend this dealership and specifically Trent for your person to get the car you desire! Although everyone was super nice and welcoming.

Travis is so gentleman and took his time to show me features in the car. He went through every details with me to make sure I understand what’s going on. He’s a great salesman to work with!! I got a really good steal on my new car! Highly recommended this dealership!!!

I had been looking for a Mustang, and my sales rep Angel made it happen! I’m very happy with the car, and Angel made the whole purchase process a breeze. Also shout out to Ryan Shaw in finance who made paperwork easy and helped set me up with an extended warranty and tire and wheel protection!

I needed a car ASAP. Looked up some of their suv's online before going in. We were greeted and helped right away. Mariah was our salesperson. She was very pleasant and personable. She explained the process from beginning to end to let us know what to expect and asked me what I wanted, down to the specifics. After filling out the financing info she pulled up cars with my criteria. I ended up test driving 2 different vehicles. I ended up going with a Nissan Rogue because the numbers just worked best for me. The financing guy was very straight forward about the numbers, explaining in detail how I can save money and build my credit with the various plans. Overall the whole process was very easy, efficient and less time consuming than other dealerships. Kudos to the team there, I'll definitely be back when I need an upgrade. I even like that one of the workers got me a snack because I was hungry!

My experience with Kia of Streetsboro was excellent! This was my 1st time buying a new car through the Internet. Angel, and all of the other sales representatives went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with the car. When detailing the car, before I took it, they noticed the tire tread depth on the front wheels was slightly lower than the ones on the back. So they, first informed me about it, ordered the tires, and had them put on before I left. They were very knowledgeable, up front & honest with me throughout the process. I came from out of state to check out the vehicle & they even picked me up from the airport brought me to the dealership!!! I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car, to check them out!!!!

Trevor was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make our experience great. He was also great with my kids. Trevor answered all the questions I had and was able to get us everything we wanted for our trade and new vehicle. He made the experience quick and easy. I came in today and I was so excited to get a new car and I picked 2 out and there where some difficulty’s and I was getting so upset but then zack was very helpful and made me find the right car for me . Kia of streetsboro was amazing from the moment I walked in the doors til they handed me the keys to my new 2022 Kia seltos! I purchased a car less than 30 days ago. Ryan was my sales associate. I have no complaints on the sales process, it was quick and easy actually. I purchased it without a working radio which was agreed to be fixed. Took it to be fixed only to Find out I had to bring it back again. (50 miles one way). Upon arrival to be fixed, Kendra and a sales rep ensured that the small dents/scratched could be taken care of with in the first 30 days but I could only drop it off on Monday because that is the only day those repairs are fixed. Dropped off a received a call on how this was going to be paid for. Shame on me for not getting it in writing, but would hate for someone else to have this experience. They got their sale and that is obvious that is all they wanted. Then they have the same reply to everyone. Reach out and I’ll be happy to help! Then you call and the only friendly person you come into contact with is the receptionist! (In person because they gave my keys to that poor lady) She was more than nice! I wish during my problems, all of them would have been nice.

Angel was a patient man as we ran him all over the lot looking at cars, test driving a couple before finally buying our new 2022 Kia Soul. He's knowledgeable and quick to answer or find answers to our thousand questions. The 10 year 10,000 mile warranty is a big part of our decision along with the Permaplate protection which is a no brainier with 9 grandkids. Colton, the finance guy is quick and efficient getting the right loan for us. Would recommend and come here again when the need arises.

This is the biggest purchase I’ve ever made in my life. I walked in literally and figuratively shaking in my boots. I was immediately put to ease by a salesman named Angel. He was very sincere and supportive in my purchase. While I didn’t buy a vehicle from this location Mason was extremely helpful! Phone calls and text messages for days and was always extremely positive! Everything I asked was always met with an answer within minutes it seemed! If your looking for a very helpful and non pushy sales rep, Mason is your guy!

Ryan Shaw assisted me in buying out my lease and was helpful. Ryan also cleaned my car and it felt like a new car. Only had issues with the financial aspect of the process. it was my first time buying a car and I had no issues initially. I made the mistake of not having my dad with me. I realized I made a mistake on signing the contract of something I misunderstood, spoke with Mike GSM on the phone who told me to come back to resign the contract. I went back to the dealership on the same day to cancel what I signed off on and I was told by Jacob, in finances, that I could not resign since payment was sent through. it was very frustrating being told different things. Their reasoning kept changing after the issue was pushed. I felt that they were delaying the process. Nothing was fixed. I left and I spoke with Steve Difranco GM on the phone, he made sure the issue was resolved, he was helpful and understanding. I was able to resign the contract with no problems. Although, I’m extremely thankful that Steve advocated for me, I was upset that the staff did not escalate the problem initially to higher management. Instead they chose to lie and make up reasons.

I want to thank the wonderful people of Kia of streetsboro for understanding my need for a larger vehicle. They were kind enough to find me a van with in my price range in fantastic condition. I came in looking to get into a used car. I wanted to get into a much lower car payment to save money for my daughter’s college expenses. I honestly have NEVER been treated so poorly. My wife and I went met our salesman and he was great. Got done with the test drive and was ready to buy. Already had our loan from our credit union and this is when it went south. Had to meet the finance lady (Tammy) who got so mad that we didn't want her to run our credit that she became rude. We were advise that we needed a few things from the credit union and It was getting late so we were going to finish up the next day thats when we were told "unless you come bake when we open it can be sold". So I called the next morning and asked for a call back I got nothing I called again still nothing. Went to mentor kia and it was a complete 180 from here. STAY AWAY until they fix Tammy's attitude. I do not ever leave reviews but this was totally unacceptable.

This was the second dealer I came to! When I came here I was treated with kindness and everything I asked for with Stephone Walker he helped me and got me what I needed! I appreciate the excellent customer service I received while buying a car!

I had a warranty covered repair done to my car which was covered. This issue was them figuring out what was wrong with my car and having me in a rental from Thursday December 12th till Monday the 20th. Told me to use enterprise because they would cover it through that rental car company. Nope. Warranty wouldn't cover it is what they told me. They said the dealership would cover a portion and haven't received a penny. If i would have known this i would have not gotten a rental from there or at all for that fact. With 2 small kids i like to plan ahead if I'm going to be out of this amount of money. Not considerate of my time or circumstances .

Worse experience ever! Was in there 4 different times, each time had a new sales person, it was never the same. this last time we were told we would get a call at 9am the next day, never heard anything, so we reached out. The guy we had the day before wasn’t in. Took forever on trying to reach anyone. The last lady we had spoken with was very rude, we were looking at 2 different year of sorentos, tried asking what the second choice would be payment wise couldn’t even get that. Will not recommend

David Gehris did an amazing job helping me get my new car. Sending all of my family to him in the future! Update- it is now almost two weeks after I purchased my car. I was told it would be at the dealership on either the 1st or 2nd. The 2nd I called and kept getting transferred, the 3rd and was told I would receive a call back (and never did) I called monday the 6th and they said it would be there the 11th. Called to confirm it would be there the 11th and now they're saying it wont even be there until the 16th. They had no communication, no text update, no follow through and poor response to an upset customer. This is the worst experience I've had buying a car, I've already been stuck paying 1 car payment on a car that I do not have and soon will be paying a 2nd before I probably receive the car.

First place I've actually had a good experience buying a car from. Jason really helped me out and fix there own mistake and made it right. Definitely worth the drive back to Albuquerque with the car.

Excellent and pleasant experience buying a brand new 2022 Kia Soul Sport. Jason make the process so easy and enjoyable, a skill and talent few have these days. I went to Streetboro, OH to another dealer but did not buy the car there. I decided to look around and found Kia and as I arrived Jason (the nicest salesman ever) was getting out the door to go to lunch, as I was just entering and I asked him to just point out to their used car lot, but instead he took care of everything from that point. He prepped and brought the car I wanted to see to the front, before that, he even offered water and food. And went with me to test ride the car. Keeping his cool at all times, never being nervous as an unknown driver was driving. During my whole time there he kept checking if I needed more water or anything else. Really very personable and courteous, he never once pressured me to buy the car. The financing process was a breeze too. I was a little nervous about making sure the car would pass emission test in my state and he went to his manager to ask for assurances and his manager was very gracious to comply so I found the whole process and team awesome!.
