Premier Bank OH, Streetsboro

Worked with Michele for our Home Equity Line and the entire process was so easy and Michele is the absolute nicest person and so very helpful! We had some issues from our prior title company messing some things up and Michele worked with them and us to get everything solved in a quick and efficient way! I would give more than five stars if possible! Also since signing the documents I have visited the banking branch near my work and all of the staff are so friendly. Michele has continued the superb customer services even now as I have had many follow up questions that she has helped me with. I felt like a priority customer from start to finish. I would highly recommend!!

I have been with Home Savings Bank for almost 10 years! I love their customer service and the tellers and the Manager Michele. They take their time to learn your name and something about you! It is wonderful knowing I have a personal relationship with my bank and they care about me. When I stop in by the drive through or go in personally, they are always warm and friendly and greet me by name. Over the years, I have had numerous accounts with them from a business checking, personal check and savings, HSA, etc, and Michele has walked me through each of those transactions with professionalism and a caring hand to make sure I was at ease. I would recommend this bank without a doubt to anyone looking for any banking needs. I was with my previous bank for over 20 years and when Covid hit I needed some banking help and Michele Delgross at Premier came through in a HUGE way. Quite frankly my other bank did not seem to worry about helping at all. After transferring all my accounts to Premier she has continued to go above and beyond to meet all of my expectations and needs. When I have visited the Streetsboro branch all of her associates seem very pleasant and I am very impressed overall. Nice people, corporate lacks online customer support in off hours. Password resets are way too time consuming. Branch staff always does their best to take care of your requests or transactions efficiently. Bank closes on random days without warning or signs posted even though it wasn’t a holiday. Going downhill.

We started banking at Home Savings years ago when we lived in Streetsboro, Ohio. The manager, Michelle, even opened free accounts for our (then) young kids. Today, we still use Home Savings even though no one in our family lives in Streetsboro or even within 2 hours of a Home Savings branch! We've considered changing, but Home Savings makes our lives so much easier. Big shout out to Michelle and her whole team!
