John just helped me through a buy-out refinance process. I had a lot of questions and there were a few hiccups along the way, but he handled things so smoothly. He was diligent in his follow-up and follow through. He gently reminded me how/when to get things done, and explained and re-explained when I had questions. I love that to communicate with John I could call/text/email and connect with him directly, rather than calling a 1-800#, or even calling a main office number, and having to talk to someone else and explain my question/problem. John was excellent to work with. He really advocated and went to bat for me on the home financing process, up to pulling a rabbit out of the hat at the last minute to make everything go through in time for closing. Perhaps he overshot what I could afford in a home, but I also feel that perhaps that is actually a natural result of what the market had to offer at the beginning of 2021, which was an insane buying time.
