Unfortunately will be closing my account and contacting the BBB about this location. Called corporate to put in a formal complaint and they hung up on me after being bounced around and put in hold several times. Employees are extremely rude and disrespectful to clients. Better branches to bank at and even better banks to utilize unassociated with Key.

Fees, fees, Fees! Made 2 balance inquiries fee was $15.00. $7 fee for not enough deposits in a month despite a healthy balance.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND KEY BANK anywhere!!! I went inside the bank the other day and I was not greeted at any point even when told to step up to approach the front desk by the clerk. Also, John, the relationship banker, completely wasted my time. Key bank “reversed a credit” that I never even got so basically they took money from me and I went in and spoke to John about it and he told me he was new, that he would call the back office to handle it and that he would call me back and at the point we adjourn the meeting and I leave. Well he’s a liar & broke his promises. It’s been over 48 hours and I haven’t heard from anyone. I trusted him. I trusted key bank & I’m dissatisfied and sickened by key bank and their shady employees. I have closed all my accounts and moved banks. Screw off Key.

There are couple of nice people there but some of the tellers need some training on common sense, treating people with a good attitude. I wouldn’t go back to this branch again. I will continue driving the extra mile over to Sylvania branch where people know what they are doing.
