Closing my account on Monday. I've had an account there for years, since it's close to my home. I used this account to save money, so no ATM or Debit card, just my account number. While online I tried to reset my password, and the email that provides the reset instructions, never appeared. I called and tried several extensions, no one answered. Then I tried the online chat feature, after 5 hours, I never received an acknowledgement or contact from the bank. Even though I was told that my issue was marked urgent. Who has time to deal with a bank when you can't access anything or anyone. They never answer the phone when I try to call and today's excuse was "phone issues." So over it.

Absolutely the moat unprofessional financial institution I have ever experienced. I have been a member for many years. And they have screwed up so many times. More than once they have exposed my personal information to random members by mailing my statement to another member. Never have I been able to cash a check and and had immediate access to the funds. If I could get it cashed ar all. But this time has taken the cake! July 21,20. I have been trying to reach Spring Meadows ofc for 3 days! They froze my account over the weekend because they gave me the wrong access code to get into my account online. The phone there had rang every time from 18-20 minutes every time. Someone picks it up and immediately hangs up! You can't go in because only the drive thru is open. WORST SERVICE EVER! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DON'T TRY TO GET ANY SERVICE FROM THEM. AND USING COVID AS AN EXCUSE... THE JEEP WORKERS CAN GO TO WORK EVERYDAY BUT THE CREDIT UNION CAN'T? I'm still ringing as Im writing this 15 minutes so far!

They never answer the phone, hours are bad for customers, holland branch has no ATM deposit have to use bin. Not open at all on Saturday.

I left my reading glasses at home and the teller refused to help me fill out my deposit slip so I could not make my loan payment

Went in for shared banking to deposit (not cash buy deposit) a check. The teller told me it would be a 9 day hold and I asked what amount can cash with in 2 days, I can rewrite the check? He accused me of trying to trick the system but then told me for the lesser amount it would be a 2 day hold. No sir I'm trying to deposit money into my account like many Americans do on a daily basis. I've had problems here before depositing large checks. I visited other shared branch and had no problem, they quoted me a 2 day hold. This CU treats certain people very different. It's 2019. That is unacceptable.

There is no advantage to belonging to this credit union. The people who work there are slow and rude and now that the lobby is closed, they are even slower and more rude than ever. You know those sloths in "Zootopia"? They are slower than those and not as friendly. Not to mention, since the lobby is closed, the services that they offer are very limited. You may as well go to a bank where you have the full range of services and people that are happy to serve you.

They’re quick to take your money and slow to give it back! When my money is released by my company to a financial institution I expect to have access to the funds the same day that it’s released to the institution. Don’t hold my funds trying to make money off of me

Dont bank here all the workers are inconsiderate and rude worst bank I have been too they kept me on hold for 40 minutes until I hung up so they didnt have to deal with me or my bank problem..absolutely pathetic customer service.

They wanted a dead mans signature on a federal tax return check.
