Well I live about 45 minutes from key bank. I have a car loan through there. Apparently they can't take payments over the phone so you physically have to drive there. Just to show up to one bank teller on a Friday that takes hours to do one thing

Literally the worst experience ever! The lady that was helping me trying to cash my check was rude and obnoxious. Wouldn’t let me cash a check because I wasn’t a customer but it was a key bank check from one of their customers. I asked to speak with a manager and from the other side of the room she just shook her head and said I heard the conversation and said no. Like no attempt to even try to help or see what was going on. I went to the key bank in Castleton and no questions were asked. They cashed the check and I went about my day. Like they wanted to actually work.
