4 people behind the counter, 1actually working. Attitude was off, lack of home training most likely. 9 people in line waiting for 1 worker to process everyone because the other desk girls didn’t want to put in any effort. Bottom feeder branch.

Kevin the branch manager is a waste of space and completely incompetent. Been waiting for a callback from him for 2 days now over something that is very simple. They are playing with people's money and think it's cute.

I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with this branch. I worked through Customer Support to try to settle an issue I was having due to extenuating circumstances to no avail. Given that the circumstances are rather personal, I won't go into details. All I can say is that I wish I wouldn't have wasted the little time and energy I have in trying to seek their assistance in my time of need. I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere at this point.

I got a credit card with First Niagara nine months ago and I am cancelling it today. I have NEVER dealt with a company that is so incredibly DISHONEST and INCOMPETENT. Their website is HORRIBLE and they charge exorbitant hidden fees. They took ...NINE DAYS to process my payment and then charged me fees. I tried to pay over the phone but they hit me with a OVER THE PHONE fee. I ABSOLUTELY DO NO RECOMMEND THIS BANK.

I have been a customer for over 3 decades and also worked in non branch bank services. Customer Service is not easy especially face to face but everyone deserves good service and it’s 2-way process. I had a few minor incidences but nothing we could not resolve together. Thanks Key Bank!

Unpleasant. Was told my account had over draft protection by this location and one other yet everything would go threw and they gladly over charged me. Messaged customer support to find I didn't have over draft protecting. Then gave me issues about closing my account, I again had to go to customer support to get everything straightened out.

RUDE management!! I come here every day to make a deposit for my business and I was walking up at 4 as soon as I could make it here, they were letting people in who were waiting at the door (I was) and the woman let a woman in front of me in, but slammed the door in my face! All they care about is going home early!!! The tellers are great..I see them everyday. The manager however (or whoever that woman was in the yellow top and black skirt who slammed the door in my face...her name is Diana) ....RUDE!

Very rude manager been with key for 3 years and they are all very nasty everyone i go to from troy to Schenectady to Albany switching banks so so is my mother and husband and they are alwaysmessing up our money hate this bank
