We went through so much with Jim and his team in our journey to homeownership, low appraisals, sellers who backed out of contracts, etc, etc, and that was just before the pandemic! They were helpful, sympathetic and encouraging all the way through. Each time we were ready to make an offer, we had our approval letter immediately. After we got back to work and started looking again, we stayed with them and we're glad we did. They took care of every glitch or problem that came up, and got us a great rate. They were also very patient and understanding when we got impatient with anything that delayed things knowing that it just felt like it was taking so long because of how long we'd been at it. I am a first time home buyer from the pre qualifying letter to where we are now and tho I have not officially closed that’s all we have left. Empower and the entire staff there have been great it was not just let’s get this done and get our money. I was truly clueless plus covid slowed things and in all of it they not only guided me but also their level of patience was great my wife and I greatly appreciate everything they did and we highly recommend empower. if/when we buy another house we will definitely use them again for sure
