Do not banking to this branch, they don’t have the money for you to withdraw. My other branch in Lynnwood, I can withdraw 15k or 20k in the same day (No Problem ). This branch should be closed for business!!!!!

As soon when I came inside one of the girls at the register greeted me. When I came to one the girls name Koh she was absolutely disrespectful and had no smile on her face at all. It was totally disappointing. She needs to be fired! At the end she didn’t help me at all.

Horrible business hours for their 9-5 working clients. Fees are ridiculous & tellers can be passive.

I've moved out of state and I had a block on my account due to fraud. I've called the branch, customer service, fraud and no one seems to be able to help me. I've explained the situation over and over again. They keep telling me that I would need to go into a branch. I let them know that I am not able to do that. I moved and there are no Key Bank where I moved. It's going on a month now and still no resolution. I still have a block on my account. I can't access my money. I know there has to be way for people like myself that have moved and there are no Key Bank.

Not sure why the other posts are so negative. I've been banking here for the last 3 years, for both business and personal and I've had a great experience each and every time. The staff has changed, but I've continued to get great customer service. I was just looking for the phone number for the branch, and saw the low rating, so i had to put my opinion out there.

bad customer service the spanish speaker treats clients with bad attitude it just bad in mexican and the way she tried to make a conflict when her job of customer service is really bad since i dont give my customer that treat ..
