I was intending to sell 2 10K gold bracelets, I had an idea what I would get for them since I weighed them before visiting. They tested my items and one of them was 14K (I assumed they were both 10K since one item had a scratch on the 4 making it look like a damaged 0) They gave a fair price based on the value of scrap 14K gold and I was able to keep one of the items. They could of just bought it as 10K and I would of been none the wiser, but they tested it thoroughly and were honest about the test results.

Sold my 9mm 30 minutes before the store closed. Whole process of them checking the condition of the gun, negotiating price, and then payment was less than 15 minutes. Whole process was much easier than I thought. Store employees were nice and very helpful. Store was clean and had a good selection of tools, music instruments, and guns.

I've been using Ben's Pawn for a few years now. They are the best pawnshop I've ever dealt with. Their honest, fair and always try to get you the loan you need if not more. But REALLY need to give a shout-out to the owner for their compassion, generosity and help in getting our community through this pandemic thank you all at Ben's your the BEST

Great shop. Consigned a firearm with them and bought one at the same time. They gave me an honest and fair valuation for the firearm and took the time to show me all their options even though they were slammed. Even during the Ammo crisis they had some ammo that was not at rip off prices.

I had a great experience here. They helped me buy my first pistol. I have my license to carry and they were very professional in helping me find the right pistol for self defense. I ended up getting the XD9 Subcompact Springfield. Highly recommend the pistol and store. Thank you guys.

Bought a pistol and ammo at the cheapest price. I had to go back with the ammo. They replaced the box of ammo with a compatible named product. I'm looking for another gun. Will be down soon! Thanks for the help! I used my Passport card and walked out the door with my purchase same day!

I like this place!! Everyone was really cool even the customers! They sell cool stuff and the prices were fair. The two things I looked up before buying were actually CHEAPER than ebay! They have some DOUBLE DRUM AR 100 ROUND MAGIZINES that are definitely the coolest mags I've ever even seen. I imagine it will be something I show people for many many years! They're kinda far from the register and not displayed well so GO GET ONE BEFORE THEYRE GONE.. They're awesome!!! Ill post a pic!

These guys have done right by me. I've bought and sold here without an issue. Their prices are competitive and their selection is very good, especially considering the scarcity of certain items during the COVID-19 crisis. The employees are friendly, patient and trusting towards me and never make me feel condescended to for being a woman. You may not find a special once-in-a-lifetime deal here, and the waiting time for certain items is longer than anywhere else I've seen in the greater Seattle area, but if your experience is like mine, you'll get quality merchandise without the price-gouging I've seen from many other shops over the past year. Everything I've bought here has been slightly cheaper than purchasing online. They offer layaway as well, which is very convenient.

Good and helpful staff at the gun counter. It's a small space with a whole lot of pistols, used and new. Great pricing, sometimes even better than online. Josh and Peter are great at answering questions and their layaway is very easy if you can't afford something right away. P.S...Make sure if you ask to handle a gun, you know how to handle it properly and not flag everyone in the room.

I bought my first rifle and pistol here over 10 years ago. Customer service is so-so. Their prices are HIGH. Not like a little high either. It's cool to check out the unique items they get from time to time. They had better weapon staff but have gone on they way side lately. Only one weapon staff that I feel knows his stuff.

I was here to sell some old DVDs, the staff was polite and efficient. The shop itself was clean and well-lit with an interesting collection of items. While they examined our DVDs my partner and I browsed and were very pleased with how friendly the employee working the gun counter was. In addtion, the man who took care of purchasing our DVDs was very professional and gave us a fair price. The only downside to this shop was that it was a bit cramped but the building's size was more to blame than the actual organization of the goods.

Customer service always quick and friendly, even when they are very busy. I have sold jewelry here several times over the past 10 years, and have always been very happy with the price I received. The 2 women who are their jewelry experts are great to work with. They really appreciate good quality when they see it. I can't say that about any other jeweler or pawn shop in the Seattle area, and I have checked out others just to compare! I will add that they are honest when they can't buy a piece of jewelry outright, and may suggest consignment. I have sold one piece on consignment there, again at a price I was pleased with, it just took longer. I would definitely recommend the 2 fine women at Ben's Loans to help you sell your fine jewelry. Plus all the guys are friendly too, and they know when they need to "call in the girls" to help you out! Bravo to a wonderful local business!!!
